Personally, I think the whole recruitment thing is moving too fast. We are turning into another large bunch of n00bs instead of honing our skills to become a small, elite fighting squadron. This is the time to decide if we go the way of all the huge n00by groups, or if we train what we have and take the path to becoming a great clan. We need to work on quality, not quantity. I'd like to know what all of your opinions are on this.

good point man but this is the thing some people are good fun to have in clan wich is a reason some people are in it. we should work on quality and i have found the best way to get better is to play with great players like in scrims in cod2 i sucked untill my first scrim after that i got determind to be better and some people are better in scrims then normal like me.
