The cost of a 12.05 oz sword balanced for extremely light feel.

$1.50 -- Rope
$3.00 -- Tape and other Adhesive
$6.50 -- Core (with shipping charges)
$8.00 -- Blade (with shipping charges)
$1.00 -- Counterweight, and misc materials
_______

$20.00 -- Materials
$10.00 -- Labor (1.5 Hours + drying times)
_______

$30.00 -- Total

Compare to Edhellen's 38" ultralight at $39.00 + S&H.

Default dimensions:

Pommel -- 2.0"
Handle -- 8.0"
Blade -- Desired total length - 10.0"
=>Max Blade length is 32"

I do not include covers as I do not have access to a sewing machine.

Warranty:

Any failure of the weapon due to defective craftsmanship on my part will be fully replaced free of charge. This list may typically contain, but is not limited to:

-Early detachment of the gluing of the blade. (Typically this happens within the first week or so if it is due to poor bonding)

-Loose rope wrap (There is no time sensitivity on this repair.)

-Pommel detaching (No time sensitivity for severe failure of construction, but this does not cover damage caused by extended pommel fighting)

As a rule of thumb, any damage caused by continued and typical use is not free to repair. Swords have lifespans and when they are worn out, they are worn out. However, any damage incurred that is a manufacturing defect will always be replaced for free.

Bulk Ordering:

As these swords are all crafted with great attention to detail, they are hardly easier to craft in bulk than in single orders. There is a slight savings to me when I purchase materials in bulk though, and I'm willing to pass it on.

For orders of 4 swords or more, I will reduce the price by $2.00 each.

For sake of my group and lasiness... was wandering if you do flails... also me personally have never fought with kite spar... and have tendancy to snap weapons in half quie often (see wednesdays practice) can it take multiple swings.. as hard as one can against say.. the top or side of ones shield ? .... If by chance you do make flails are they bag flaills or robe flails yada yada...
