[Xaras]

She grinned, "Dwayne?" She contemplated him thoughtfully from her position, still not moving. Xaras had to think about that one, then she giggled, "That's not very bad ass."

[Cyruson Kyt]

“Not like I had the chance to name myself,” he replied, frowning slightly at her. He’d only been a baby at best after all, and he hardly thought it necessary to change his name now, at least since he didn’t have to tell the people he destroyed it. “Is there a problem with being called Dwayne anyway?” It wasn’t like having a badass name would make him anymore dangerous then he was…

[Xaras]

"No," She smiled, deciding at last she needed to move back to her own seat. His lack of reaction rather bored her. Flopping down, she sat sideways in her chair, legs hanging over the side.

"It's alright, I was just teasing."

[Cyruson Kyt]

Teasing. Great, another word with a meaning he hardly understood cause of how little he had human contact. “Well, how long will it take for you to get ready to leave anyway?” he asked, the sooner he got away from this damned world with it’s fight incapable population, the better off he would feel.

[Xaras]

"Whenever you want to go," Xaras said slowly, then smiled, looking almost ashamed, "I don't...own...much else from clothes. So...yeah. But, shouldn't you rest a little?"

[Cyruson Kyt]

He stood from the chair and stretched again, he hardly hurt now compared to before, though it did help he could simply draw on tablets of a worlds own power. “Why would I need to rest? The sooner I say goodbye to this world again, the better off I’ll be.” He could also stop worrying what would happen if the heartless started getting a little bit wild in their taking of hearts.

[Xaras]

Xaras looked up at him inquisitorially, then stood. He wasn't human, why would she expect for him to need the same things they did....?

Could have to do with the fact that he looked so much like one. She looked around the mansion, and then back to him.

"Well then, shall we?"

[Cyruson Kyt]

He offered a hand to her in reply, preparing the portal so that they could get away from here quickly. He wouldn’t show the opening which they were going through yet, not like he needed to yet after all. He beckoned her a little with the hand, smiling and waiting for her so he could truly say goodbye to this hell holes worth of boredom…though the hell hole was more interesting then here too.

[Xaras]

Xaras took his hand and followed obediantly. Not casting a glance behind her. She didn't care. She was free. She could start seeing -new- things, start living a life that wasn't as monotonous as the one she had.

That was all that mattered.

Maybe,
just maybe

she'd FIND the meaning she was looking for.

He led his new obedient charge towards one of the walls; he turned to smile at her before pulling her into a hug. “I hope you enjoy the outside world then,” he said before kissing her softly on impulse, opening the portal behind him and stepping through it with her. He knew this would make his life pretty interesting, as he’d never travelled with someone else. Especially one that seemed to take such a keen interest in the worlds they would be visiting on their travels through the galaxy.
