On your board, click to go to the Admin CP

Enter your name and password

When you see the admin panel scroll to the section called Skinning/Styles

Then you will need to click on Manage Style Sheets

In the block that says Style Sheet, back out everything in it and copy/paste your new CSS into the space. Click "Edit Css" at the bottom of the page and your done.

Go back to your board and refresh.
