Holy Cow!
This is a tough instance. It is the final quest in the chain that Aragorn starts in Rivendell and it takes you to Evendim to recover a Silithar for Narsil.
Most of the Instance is not realy that bad, until the Final boss..Nornagol.
Be prepared for a BUTT WHOOPING.

Krys and I worked on this chain the other night. (** POSSIBLE SPOILER WARNING **)
We've gained the trust of the 3 rangers .. don't remember off the top of my head whats next. I think we have to go back to Aragorn.

The chain is about 7 quests long, or more!
The last one is the instance of Tomb of Elendil. I went in with a couple of 40+ toons, and 2 level 39 toons, and we got owned by nornagol. The rest of the instance isn't too bad.
However, now I know how to beat nornagol, but you need a FULL fellowship to do it, and we will all have to be level 40 + for it.

Finally did it last night on my 10th time through.
We even did it without a minstrel. We had a burg though and kept doing GGGBBB until the battle withthe last boss.

I am ready to do this now as well. Not sure about my time in game for the next week or so, but if I am around, I wouldn't mind giving this a go.
I did the Thief Takers quest in a PUG without a minstrel as well. I used every cooldown and reset button I had and managed 4 separate all green FM's that saved our skin.

You will be fighting multiple level 40 -41 elites along the way and several Master Elites

I for one was completely lost in the middle of this quest chain. I had no idea what quests led to the tomb of Elendil or how to catch you guys. Frankly, I lost track of what quest was in what line after earning the trust of the rangers.
Well, I found
this guide to the quest chain leading to the tomb of Elendil.
I'm at the part where I need to find Nat Rapkins. Looks like I have a few more quests to do before I can join you in the tomb! But at least I know what to do now!
