It's the first time in the history of the contest when 2 neighbouring countries will host 2 JESCs in 2 consequtive years... that's because only Russia and Belarus are interested to host JESC 2010. :P I'm 90% that Belarus will take the honour.

We know Estonia will never join, but they're the only country to have said as such.
