Once upon a time in a land far away...
Wait a second. This isn't once upon a time. It's the real deal.
Tristan Moridant - a close friend to She'lara through his strange half-
brother, Da'karin has fallen head over heals in love with the young queen.
He often combats his feelings however due to the fact that he isn't sure
of her feelings; nor is he sure that he could keep her because of his
unsure, uncomfortable and under confident self. Even though his
heart aches for her touch and tender gaze, he knows deep within
himself that a humble poor man could never keep a queen of her
beauty and kindness at his side.

She'lara is - for the most part - aware of his feelings toward her and
she almost embraces them willingly. No, actually - something greater
might be developing within. It is then that a powerful Magician captures
the Elven Queen in her sleep and she is missing the very next day.

Tristan hears of the news and becomes very upset. Automatically,
he begins putting pieces together and leads his way to She'lara's
much less than ordinary cousin, Da'karin. After a quick rumble with
fists between the two, Tristan learns that Da'karin hired the magician
to captivate and slowly rid of his beloved She'lara in hopes that the
high council would appoint him to be the next head of the race. With
just cause, Tristan approches the Elders about She'lara and what he
has discovered about Da'karin's dark plot. Corrupted and driven by
their own causes, they send him off, concluding that the woman is lost
to history.

Upset with the declaration of their verdict, and the corruption that is
slowly taking over the Elf Government, Tristan - much heavy with
heart - decides to go out on his own and find her himself. With minimal
lead from his rumble with Da'karin, he starts out in look for his true
and intimate love...If only his heart would quiet down, perhaps the tears
wouldn't come so constant. His search would be easier with clear unblurred
eyes...

With Tristan working to bring the rightful Queen back to her thrown,
Jackalyn and Thomas must fight a loosing battle to keep all of Elven
society from crumbling around them. People are hysterical, calling
for war! They want their Queen back, and yet their Elder's tell them
she is lost forever! That they must accept Da'karin as their new king.
Jackalyn and Thomas both know the Elders and Da'karin are lying, but
the Queen and the Elders are the ultimate law. What they say goes..
and now that Da'karin and the Elders are the law, there is nothing they
can legally do against them. If that wasn't enough, now Ezekiel and
Thomas' brother, Markus, are now trying to murder Jackalyn, and remove
the last of Female influence in Elven society.

With She'lara in the hands of the Mystic's, and Da'karin on the thrown,
the whole War could be compromised. He could sell out the whole Elven
race to the Mystics. With this fact in mind, commoners and high standing
Elf families alike start fleeing to Hydriad territory for safety.

The fall of Elven society has begun, and it's all on Tristan's shoulders
to find the young Queen and Bring her back.. All while Jackalyn and
Thomas try to hold up Law and Order for as long as they can.. but time
is running out.. and the next moment, could be their last..
