Title: A Question, maybe more

I'm curious, do Nymphs have to originate from a Hydriad race? What if the Nymph passed their immortality to a Mystic?

Also, the map isn't really that filled out, what is your stance on yourselves or members making and naming other cities?

No, the Nymph curse does not work on anyone outside of the Hydriad genetics. :D

There is always the chance of creating more places around Invoria. Hope that helped!

Thanks -nod- I'm a little confused about where the alliances are with just reading the main plotline.

"The Elves grew furious with the sudden mass slavery that was ongoing and turned to the Hydriads to help their cause. Naturally coming to their aid, the Hydriads declared war against the Mystic people. To strengthen their forces, they recruited the
Nightwalkers and promised great spoils if they were to join."

"They" who? Who recruited the Nightwalkers? The Hydriads or the Mystics?

Also, I may be pushing it here, but my intentions are to make a proud noble affiliated with the previous King Soren, and the fall from grace of his house when the new King was crowned. Do you think that's being too intrusive of your site's plots?

Brutus Aurelius - November 4, 2010 03:59 AM (GMT)
The Hydriad came to the aid of the Ethereal. Queens Caterina Lancreteroux and She'lara Dela'in represent them respectively, and are extremely close.

To stand their ground, the Mystics recruited the Nightwalkers. King Edward Raymer and soon-to-be King Vol Astier lead their forces and have a neat alliance.

As for your character idea, that sounds like an admirable goal! I can't say for certain whether you should go ahead or not as you might want to talk to Limbo, the Mystic admin and King Raymer's role player, about this depending on how radical your character is/any ideas you have concerning this. Brutus here, for example, claims loyalty first and foremost to House Deneld and openly prefers Edward's wife, Queen Lenore; however, he does ultimately serve his King and people.

Hope that helped!

Ah, very enlightening. How goes the war so far? How long has it been going on?

Moiré Conwarre - November 4, 2010 03:19 PM (GMT)
Information on stats can be found HERE & pretty much HERE, underneath the the War forum -- however, I cannot attest to their...accuracy? I'm unaware of how long it's been since they've been updated. Both sides are being pretty badass at the moment, cooking up their own respective plots against the other, and really, plots are all that matter, for the side that gets the most posts in the forum wins the war.

When you ask how long has the war been going on, do you mean in real time or Invoria time? I assume, by Invoria time, it's been going on for many months now.

Ah, thank you very much for that, but it seems I have to register first to look at most of those forums. Hm, I'll have to get to that, the character is nearly done anyway.

Inviora time, aye, months, hmm.

What kind of critters can I expect to see in Invoria? I imagine normal animals are present, with the werewolf etc. but what about dragons and unicorns? Where do they fit in if at all?

An'ziano Ma'leducato - November 9, 2010 05:12 PM (GMT)
I haven't seen much talk of dragons and unicorns myself. /shrug.

IF they exist, which, insofars, nobody's acknowledged or denied, they're probably rare and or dying?
