Yeah I know really crappy title. Anyone can just jump on in.

Ransom's fur was a blur as he bounded his way to the base of the mountain. His tongue was hanging out of his mouth and his tassel was flowing out behind him. His powerful limbs pushed him further and ever so faster onward until he came to the base. His head lifted to the mountain and he sighed at it's beauty. He waited to catch his breath, and so he lay down at the base with his tassel wrapped around his paws faltering slightly. His dark emerald eyes were hard and stern looking but today they seemed to hold a happy glow in them for he was in a great mood and very energetic. He jumped to his paws and looked at the mountain with a defiant gleam in his eyes, he then let out a loud mystic howl that shook the air like a drum. He was ready today to climb as high as he could, today to go higher than any other before him. Some would say he was crazy to go and pull a stunt like that, that only the angels and demons could make it to the top, he would just look at them like he didn't care and go and do it anyways. He knew that he would never make it to the top that you had to have wings to be able to reach the peak but he would not give up until he did the same.

He leaped to the first little spot that seemed sturdy enough to climb, but he knew better than to make assumptions. This mountain range could to anything and you could not predict which ledges where sturdy and which were not you just had to go with what your heart told you and hope for the best. He then leaped to the next his tail helping him keep his balance on the smaller spaces and on those places where he had to push himself to the side of the mountain to hold himself up there and so he would not tumble over the edge. He had done this for as long as he had been a spirit and he found it quite accelerating. It got him pumped and made him feel like he could just throw his life away with one move up there, it showed that he was not insane but that he was actually quite the intelectual. His thick claws also helped, others might crack and break on the harsh rock but his would hold out a bit longer and better than most.

As he made his way up the mountain side his muscles were pumped and ready for just about anything. He bounded higher and higher and every once in a while he would find a hidden ledge and he would relax before continuing on his way. He had finally gotten farther than he had ever gotten before and he stood on the edge looking out at everything around him. The lands were stretched out before him and it was magnificent to see them there, to seem like you were on top of the world, like you could fly over everything. He sighed and lay down for a minute, his emerald green eyes were looking everywhere. He wanted to soak in everything and never let this moment go. The stars were up above and dark clouds were starting to move in over head. He felt like the sun was in his heart and he was ready for anything to come his way. He looked up to see the moon in it's half cresent form, sending a sliver of light across the land, and he let out a long howl seeing that just about nobody could get up here and they wouldn't want to anyways.

With the moon on his back he decided that it was time to depart. He started to make his way down the mountain, and with the darkness enveloping his every surroundings it was hard to make it down. He started to pick up his pace, the slope was begining to bend down farther. He saw it, but he couldn't stop, the ledge was too close for him to turn around or even change his direction to move down the slope a little better. He was tumbling over the edge faster than a boulder and hitting every other sharp edge on the way. He saw one of those safer ledges that he had stopped to rest on and he twisted his body in such a way so he would be able to land on the ledge. He hit the dirt with a thump and lay there motionless, and would lay there motionless until morning came or someone would find him there high on the mountain with his shoulder cut wide open. His dark brown fur was tainted red with the blood that flowed free from his body and started to litter the ground. It left a metalic glow on the earth and he grunted as he tried to awake from what he thought was an awfull nightmare.

Ares, being the alphess of her pack, needed time to think. Being with the members, made her get a huge headache. A major one. Growling, Ares had spread her wings and flew on into the lands of the Afterlife, heading toward the moutains where she could finally get some peace and quiet....yea right. Here, in this deminsion anything was possible. Anything....Life here was great, just like the other world, but...much better. Seeing Wolfbane, spatting at the bitch called Sita, and looking at the world from above. Knowing that they were greater, they, who made it into the gates of the afterlife.

Ares flew the air, her whole bodice blending into the heavy fog and clouds. She was like a ghost, a phantom, just some mist in the air....nothing but part of the world and beyond. She smirked. How she loved to be invisible, looking at the world with a bird's eye view. Her wings beat surely and steadily, carrying her at a slow, yet stable pace that would last her for a long time. Ares flew silently on, heading on for Takkota Mountains, wondering if Wolfbane would be there. Ah who gave a damn? The main reason she wanted to be there was for some peace and quiet.

As a ledge, looking sturdy enough, came into view, Ares lowered herself, landing softly on the ground, not a sound came from her as she folded her wings, her eyes scanning the area. It was quite, just as she liked it, and she was alone....then the figure of a wolf laying on his side. She chuckled lightly to herself. Slowly, she trotted over, stopping near him, lowering her muzzle, her jaws parted as if she was going to end his life for once and for all, but stopping a few inches away, closing her jaws, then ran her tongue along his blood, letting her powers flow into his body, healing him with darkness. Of course, her powers would only work in healing if that wolf was a dark.

How nice, seems like he is she though, raising herself. "Weren't you warned not to come here so confidently?" she drawled slowly, waiting for his response, stepping away from him to let him get up. THe blood was still on him, bt the cut, healed.

His head lifted to the sound of an aproaching wolf. She had wings, and though she looked to be and angel he could tell that she was not. His shoulder ached and when she bent down her jaws parted over his neck he just looked up to her and gave a sort of a smile. End my life now, see if I care my dear, I have nothing to fear, why do you think I climbed this mountain, he said to her his voice was strong and clear. She was pretty for a demon, and she had the looks of an angel, with his acting skills and if he had those looks then he would have a field day. "Weren't you warned not to come here so confidently?" she asked him, and he just let a half smile crease his features. "As I said before I have nothing to fear, not even death haunts me and so I do as I wish when I wish it. This blemish you call a mountain is nothing to bother me," he said strongly.

He arose to his feet and turned to look at the wound which was healed perfectly though the blood still stained his coat. "You have a pretty neat gift there miss, and I would like to know who's hospitality I am enjoying," he asked. His eyes ran up and down her sleek body. Her ivory colored pelt was amazing in the moonlight night and he smiled softy. Never would he act like this in front of a female, he would usually thank them and be on his way but she was different she had something that would hold on his heartstrings and never let go. He licked his coat free of it's red burden and his pelt was returned to it's sleek and silky form, with it's dark colors blending in with the night. The only thing that stood out from his body were his gem-like eyes, the dark green orbs were almost dream-like in the dark where they were the only things pinned on Ares.

OOC: Is Ransom Dark/Light/Neutrel?

End my life now, see if I care my dear, I have nothing to fear, why do you think I climbed this mountain, She raised a brow. What the hell? Ares could not heal lights...it was impossible for her, and it was the same for lights. They could not heal darks like herself. "You live.." she growled a bit annoyed actally, before stepping away, letting him have some more room. She was near the edge, no biggie, Ares could levitate herself in the air, while he on the other hand, needed more room, just in case. Ares sniffed the air, scenting for any signs of Sita coming. If she did....Ares smirked, licking her chops. Why, this ledge would be great if covered with the bitch's blood no?

"As I said before I have nothing to fear, not even death haunts me and so I do as I wish when I wish it. This blemish you call a mountain is nothing to bother me," So touchy, so cocky. She chuckled lightly and spoke,"Oh? If death taken its tool on you, you won't be coming back again, but then again, why fear death?" Ares shifted silently, uncomfortable under his gaze, almost feeling like she was a bug under a microscope. Her own gaze was fixed on him as well. Now, this male, regardless of alliance, was good-looking, his body barely visible in the night while hers gleamed and gave her away from the moonlight.

I guess he is neutral, cause he isn't really light or dark, just a mixture of both.

Her brow raised and he gave her a small smirk while his coat was begining to dry. "You live.." she growled, her tone had a hint of annoyance in it and Ransom just frowned. "I know, what a disappointment, and I thought I was long gone too. Oh well maybe next time I take a tumble off the mountain I won't be so lucky," he teased. His voice was now filled with sarcasm. She stepped back leaving him more room, closer she was to the edge though he knew there was nothing wrong with that, she could jump off and not give a shit for she was one of the winged creatures. Ransom did not envy them for he thought they were a bit too full of themselves flying about with their wings spread wide. Why not just walk like every other creature, he thought whenever he would see one. He saw her sniff the air as if she was waiting for someone to just jump right up there with them. He stepped a bit closer to her his eyes pinned on her's. "Now why are we checking the air, for I smell no others about? Is there someone bothering you miss, I would be happy to help you rid this creature from your life," he asked.

She gave a soft chuckle and he narrowed his eyes on her. "Oh? If death taken its tool on you, you won't be coming back again, but then again, why fear death?" He gave her another half smile and moved closer yet again, this time almost right in her face. "Yes, but I am ready to tango with the devil any time, I am just waiting for his call," he replied softly. A soft breeze tugged on his fur, bringing the signs of winter with it. He could almost smell the snow falling from the dark clouds up above, and he could feel the cold nip at him every night when he would lay down to rest. Winter was probably his least favorite season but alas it had to come and he would always live through it. He saw her shift uncomfortably and he stepped back from where he stood. "Well my dear you haven't answered my question, for who's hospitality am I enjoying on this dark and stormy night," he asked, for she hadn't given him a name when he asked the first time. "Perhaps you do not want me here? Well in that case I will take my leave, unless of course you wish to talk some more," he asked stepping away a little more.

OOC: Got it ^^

" Oh well maybe next time I take a tumble off the mountain I won't be so lucky," she grinned slightly at his comment. At least his....nuetrel had a sense of humor. "Now why are we checking the air, for I smell no others about? Is there someone bothering you miss, I would be happy to help you rid this creature from your life," . Ares saw him step closer, eyes still pinned on her. What the hell? She wanted to launch herself at him and punish him, but part of her held her still. "Aww, how nice, sorry though, this....wolf cannot be killed by ones like you or me, only by...Wolfbane." Ares watched him. Not sure entirely on what this wolf was planning...yet.

"Yes, but I am ready to tango with the devil any time, I am just waiting for his call," Ares shuffled her paws in annoyance. She restrained the urge to just bellow in his face,"GOD DAMMIT GET OUT OF MY FACE!" but of course, she didn't. A sudden breeze caught her, her wings whipped out instinctively, hovering a few feet before she landed again. Winter was coming...WInter meant cold, cold meant death, and death made Ares very happy. She grinned to herself. But then again......Mating Season. She growled lightly, how she hated being vulnurable.

"Perhaps you do not want me here? Well in that case I will take my leave, unless of course you wish to talk some more," She snapped her attention back on him. "No, it's fine, company would do some good, I am Ares, alphess of the Inferno Pack, you?" she asked, sitting down on her rump.

He saw her smile at his sarcasm, ah yes sarcasm, one of his favorite tools, and one used everyday for that matter, it was like his native tongue. "Aww, how nice, sorry though, this....wolf cannot be killed by ones like you or me, only by...Wolfbane." "Oh what a pity, now who is this Wolfbane character, sounds like he is the devil himself, someone I would like to meet," he said in his teasing tone while grinning broadly. At least she was one to laugh at his jokes, others would just role their eyes and though he could tell they were laughing on the inside would never let anything seep out. They were the boring wolves, boring and they had no sense of humor what-so-ever, and that is when he usually takes his leave. Ransom hates to be around a bunch of wolves, you get tied down when you do that, either into a pack or into a fight and he wanted neither. He was a loner and that was all there was to it, he has always been a loner even when he was living, never was he in a pack, and that was the way he liked it.

The soft breeze lifted her off of her feet and she hovered in the air for a minute or two before touching back down to the ground. He let it dance through his silky fur and tug at his ears and lift his spirits. He like the wind, it brought storms which he found very pleasent. He loved the rain and the thunder, the lightning dancing in the sky and striking whatever pleased it. Another one of the reasons that Ransom hated winter was becuase it left no storm to play across the land, just thick white snow and mud. Mating season also, all of the females dancing after him with their tails wagging like a mad pup's, oh how he hated those females who would just play around hoping to get some fun out of it. Another one of the reasons he liked Ares, she was different, not one of those playfull little pups she was straight forward and didn't mess around. He could tell that him being this close to her was starting to make her uncomfortable and she shuffled her paws lightly. He was surprised that she hadn't yelled in his face for him to back off.

Well perhaps it was time for him to leave, if he was making her feel uncomfortable than that told him he was not welcome. He turned but her voice brought him back as she was wanting him to stay. "No, it's fine, company would do some good, I am Ares, alphess of the Inferno Pack, you?" So she was alphess, and a beautiful one at that. He stepped back towards her, still standing. "I have many names all of which I can not tell you... yet. For now you can call me as you wish, just any name that pops into that pretty head of your's," he said," I am just a loner, I can't really stand to be in a pack, it just ties you down and well it's not worth it to me and I haven't found anything to make it worth it," he added. She would probably not like him for not giving her a name, he just couldn't trust her yet, too many people were looking for him and well it would be just like them to send her after him and then they would both be in trouble. He needed to get to know her better, alot better.

"Oh what a pity, now who is this Wolfbane character, sounds like he is the devil himself, someone I would like to meet," No really? Thank you captain obvious, she thought sarcastically to herself. "He is, surely you have heard about him?" she drawled, waiting. She stood again, stretching. A chilling wind caught her and sent shivers down her spine, she this time, closed her wings firmly, holding them against her sides. This was the only bad thing about being like a bird. Winter....she grinned. Winter brought so many memories. It was in Winter when she died. The blizzards and storms had taken its toll on her old lands, and she had faught with another, a male to be exact, for possession of the packs.

The fight had ended after an hour or so, leaving them both exhausted, but then, Ares was taken over by bloodwrath and lo and behold, a demon emerged. She fought ruthlessly, blind by rage, ignoring any pains or wounds, for they did not bother her anymore. Her eyes had turned crimson, her teeth gleaming, feeling for his throat, wanting to end his life. Oh it had happened alright, but oh, the wounds and pain that she recieved while she was in bloodwrath all pained her at one time. It was unbreable and Ares ended it. Her blood was spilt all around her from her thrashing and her attempts at suicides, and hell, she did it.

I have many names all of which I can not tell you... yet. For now you can call me as you wish, just any name that pops into that pretty head of your's," She smirked and responded, "My pretty head? Aww, I'm flattered." She smirked again and listened to his next comment. " I am just a loner, I can't really stand to be in a pack, it just ties you down and well it's not worth it to me and I haven't found anything to make it worth it," She raised a brow. "Oh? Packs here, you're allowed to roam as you please, only thing you need to do, is come to pack meetings, and you'll be fine."

NOT FINISHED

"He is, surely you have heard about him?" She asked as if she hadn't caught the huge amount of sarcasm in his voice when he spoke of Wolfbane. Of course everyone had heard of him, he was indeed the devil and anyone who hadn't was probably the least intellegent creature on the face of the earth. "Sarcasm my dear, sarcasm," he chuckled softly and he started to make himself comfortable. "I don't know of a wolf who doesn't know his name or who he is, it's just something you know, like how to walk, once you get it you never forget," he said.
