My sister had an unsettling experience this afternoon as a man took a photograph of my three year old niece. He discreetly had a camera at his waist. My sister was unable to do anything as my other niece was in the push chair, but spotted the action of this vile pervert. She reported it immediately. My nieces are not aware of what happened. It's disturbing to note their photo are in the hands of a pervert.

One can never be too careful. There are certainly a lot of very strange people around nowadays. The world is drowning in perversions and sin of every type.
