Introduction

These are the new rules of this board. Everyone must read and agree on them, or you can not participate in any discussion or whatsoever. There is one exception that I must point out: if you are someone who has difficulties with grammer, then that's okay. We are here to help you with that, because I can understand your situation.

1. Several sets of rules will be laid out in each section, including this set, pertaining to that particular section. All members, admins and mods have to agree on them and post that they will agree. There is going to be a list keeping track of all the members who agreed.
Warning: if you post and disobey to the rules, you will get an automatic 10% warning without notice.

2. Avatars may not be bigger than 100x100 and please try and keep your signature to a minimum. If you can't, please don't put up a signature at all. Note: I have a signature example up . It can be a bit bigger than that, but please dont make it so that you have to scroll, width-wise. And please do not go any lower than mine. If this is caught, your signature will be changed immediately.

3. We are now going to eliminate the chatroom-like talking in the posts (i.e. "yes", "i agree", "indeed", etc...). Just a fair warning; don't bother to post if you're going to do that. IMPORTANT: considering that there aren't going to be any censors on this site, i want to keep the cursing completely out. That includes other ways of cursing like @$$ or sh!t. SO NO CURSING!! In addition, no sexual themes are allowed. They will not be dealt with nor will anyone escape unscathed for doing these acts. Note: we are also going to work on our grammer, but I don't expect anyone to have perfect grammar, considering I too have a long way to go. We are all here to help each other out and I hope that you can be considerate of that.

4. There will be absolutely no tolerance for people who are here just to make fun of others, aside from the grammar help. If a complaint is received, you'll get warned a couple of times at first, If an admin catches you, you'll be banned for 3~7 days.

5. Compromises can be made on other topics, rules and requests if an admin is contacted. Then it must be discussed with the other admins and the owner before any decisions are made. The only exception is punishments (refer to rule 4) but, in some cases, compromises can be reached with punishments also.

6. All members must now log in first before they can view anything. It's for security and privacy reasons.

7. Do not ask to me to make you an admin or moderator. All decisions for moderators and admins are decided on one's individual actions. If you ask, you will be warned to a 10% level and that prevents you from being chosen for an admin or moderator position. Continuing to ask will result in a ban for 3 days. It is plain and simple: just don't ask.

8. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS: I find that some people like to make more than one name. So to prevent that, we are going to have an I.P check every one or two weeks. The only exceptions are Hidden Master, Test Moderator, and Test Member. This is because Riogi has created them for us to experiment with the forum and test out the extents of each area.
