♦ THE SLUG CLUB ♦

The Slug Club is a club started by Horace Slughorn, the Potions professor and Head of Slytherin House here at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The witches and wizards in this club are hand-picked by Professor Slughorn himself. They are those students who show promise of becoming something in the future.

♦ WIZARD'S CHESS CLUB ♦

The name of this club is pretty self-explanatory, but if you need a little bit of extra detail, here it is. The wizard's chess club is for those witches and wizards who enjoy playing chess and wish to play against other players of equal or greater talent in that area. Anyone can join the Wizards Chess Club.

♦ GOBSTONES CLUB ♦

Gobstones is a wizarding game, a lot like the muggle game of marbles. The stones used to play the game spit a disgusting liquid at the opposing player when they lose a point. Lord only knows why anyone would want to play this game, but the people in this club love it enough to join a club dedicated to it! Anyone can join the Gobstones Club, but please bring something to clean yourself up with you.

♦ DUELING CLUB ♦

Everyone loves a good duel, but the professors at Hogwarts didn't love their students dueling willy-nilly in the hallways, so when a bright student suggested they have a club for dueling, which could be supervised by an adult, they were ecstatic and, of course, started it right up. So, if you want to have a good duel, why not join the dueling club? Anyone can join, just have your parents sign their names on the dotted line. Oh, that fine print? That's nothing to worry about...

Believe it or not, there are students who enjoy practicing Charms outside of the classroom, as well as in it. Those students feel right at home in this charming (haha, get it?!) club. Minimal knowledge of Charms is required.

♦ TRANSFIGURATION CLUB ♦

As well as Charms, there are kids who enjoy practicing transfiguration when they don't have to. -gasp- I know it's hard to believe, but the list below will show that I'm telling the truth! Minimal knowledge of Transfiguration is required to join this club.

♦ POTIONS CLUB ♦

Yep, another one of those clubs that you'd never believe existed until you come across a list such as this. Members of the Potions club enjoy mixing herbs in order to create potions. Of course, all potions are made through the instructions written in books. It's far too dangerous to try to create your own... isn't it?

♦ SPIRIT CLUB ♦

The members of the spirit club are all about school spirit and spreading it. These are the kids who attend every Quidditch game, create banners and t-shirts sporting their house's emblem and colors, and spend most of their time planning school-wide events. In short, these kid's love spreading their love of Hogwarts around for everyone to share.
