just bought an old peice of shit router/modem/wirless linksys adsl gateway. That is discontinued and was most likeys their first model and thats why they soldit to me, its that old that it doesnt have a wireless card built in you gotta slow the card in the back of it inorder for it to be wireless :lol: :angry:



whats the best wireless broadband modem/router/network out? I dont want some stoneage shit.

havent really kept up with wireless routers until after it hit the G. now i hear all these weird speedboosters, wrx, stx... subaru sti... all kind of weird names. probably would find an in depth research experiment at www.cnet.com where they test and explain everything in simple terms. i think mimo is a step up from G, having a farther signal strength. let me know if you find anything interesting, im also shopping for a wireless router for my house next year
