Claiming call

Large paws carried the multi colored frame to where the scent of others faded out. For once the large male wanted to be alone but this thought would not last long. He changed his mind often one thing to another. As soon as he reached the terra nares flared searchign for anothers scent but nothing entered besides the occasional scent of a rabbit or deer. The brush rattled softly to emerge sparrows picking at the ground.

He reclined back and let his orange hued occuli search the terra. Perfect! The terra was empty and perfect. He lifted his muzzle to the sky taking in a deep breath before he let it out in a loud claiming call.

The scent of another entered his nares. He lazily stood up and stretched his legs before loping slowly off toward the scent. This was a possiable pack member so he was going a bit faster then usual.
