Dear fellow Hazrein members;
Some of you may know that I now own and run Evergen Weyr. I’ve worked hard, at least I did a few months ago, for Hazrein but “the new baby” that I co-own with Saberlin is quite the time sucker, and I fear I am not fully doing Hazrein justice. I’d love to do cute little individual goodbyes, but as what happens when you go inactive at a place for a while, I’m not quite “in” with most of you. I’ve met a lot of you, and I just don’t want to leave anyone out and make them feel bad or something.

Thus, I fear I must take a leave of absence. No, that’s not fair. I can’t promise I’ll be able to come back, because after more than a month of ownership, the work at Evergen is not being toned down. I’d like my weyrlings (or are they dragonriders now? I’m SO very out of the loop) to be preserved, but I think it’s more fair in RP terms for M’sen and Kikanith to die. Maybe some horrific Threadfighting incident. It’s sad, but necessary.

I know I applied for and got moderatorship, and it sucks that I wasn’t even around to really do anything. Again, I have to apologize for that—even before I owned Evergen, I was doing a lot of work for the place and it made spreading myself across weyrs hard. Know that I have not just left Hazrein for Evergen—I have also given up Atricis, which I also once ran and owned. It’s nothing against y’all!
