Pysical Description-

Clothes-a dark blue sort of long dress interior with brown gloves and whitish blue sleeves, and a blue hat.

History- Icy was a very happy boy, until his parents sent him out on his own to fend for himself at age 12 because they didnt have the money to take care of him, Icy then met with an alchemist named Michael and studied under him for 3 years, at the end Michael entrusted Icy with his ancient staff used as an alchemic catalyst, a day later Michael had passed away. After finding out that michael had passed away in his sleep, Icy broke out in tears and spent a few weeks trying to get over the loss of his teacher and great friend. Soon after Icy learned that michael was training to become a state alchemist, and decided to follow in his footsteps, Icy then set out on his quest to Central to take his alchemy exam.

Deepest Desire- his desire is to one day become as great as his teacher and hopefully find a way to bring him back using the philosophers stone.
Mini Bio- He found that using special words and writing special symbols on his Staff gave him very special alchemic power, and after his days of schooling, he finally realized that harnessing the power of lightning was his greatest strength

umm... I had a question, in the show FMA, ed was 15 when he became a state alchemist, so howcome the rules cant be the same?
