overall personality: Ezekiel hates his name. His father had named him and before the Wars he felt it should be some stuff philosopher's name, not an adventurer's name (this was his dream job at that time),now however, he holds no bitterness towards his name. It is his last link to his deceased father. So mainly known as Zeke in this New World, he is mainly the opposite of his older brother, Markus. He's loud, most of the time arguing some point (that he may or may not believe in anyway). He just loves to argue, likes to win. Of course, he calls this friendly debates but they usually end up with him getting called a jerk or to shut up and just do his work.

He's a free spirit in the fact that he can't stay cooped up somewhere for too long. Claustrophobia. He hid so much during the war, he's afraid to be in small spaces ever sense. And because of the war, he's taken to being a runner. Things go bad you can expect Ezekiel won't stick around. Unless its his family, then he'll nail himself down to keep himself from running.

He always seems sort of snarky, with a sarcastic bug up his butt. Some might call him smug but he just exudes confidence. He knows more about anything than anyone should, he's good at absorbing information. His ability to multi-task astound his teachers. He ditches school either out of boredom or out of the sudden need to be out in the open.

Ezekiel doesn't talk about the past. He doesn't talk about the homelands. And he doesn't talk about his dead mother, father, brothers, and sister. It hurts too much and his heart rate spike and he feels like he is having a heart attack. That is usually when he escapes or runs, when starts thinking about them or someone brings any of it up."

overall history: Zeke wasn't that old when the Wars started and he wasn't that young either. To young to fight he was left to stay home and hide with his family. He remembers watching his older brothers go off for war and thinking, which ones will come back and save us?

When word came of the deaths of Tate, Baxter, and Thane the family feared the worse about Markus. When he arrived home they went off in search of the infamous portals that lead to the New World.

Ambushed by a small fleet of hungry enemy troops thinking their family of wealth killed most of the family. Zeke and his remaining brothers escaped to the homeland, their now oldest brother Markus leading the way. Traumatized but safe, they did their best to bring themselves together as a family.

Markus refuses to let the young brothers get jobs so Zeke took up a part time (only when he is needed) bus boy job at the Diner. He only works when he can and when he is needed. All of his tip money goes under his mattress. This si of course a secret from Markus.
