Issue that brings me here today:

One of your members, presumably one of your government, sent me a request for sanction on
Sunny Inc. via in game message. I set the sanction, and replied back that it was done. Since that was over a week ago, the in game message has disappeared, and I do not remember the name of the gentleman (or woman) who contacted me.

Today, I received this message from SunnyInc:

I would be ok with removing the sanction, but as the sanction was issued per GC's request, I'd like your input before doing so. Please either respond here, send me a private message here, or send an in game message with your response.

I am currently in the midst of moving, but I still try to check on CN affairs at least once per day.

I was the person who made the sanctions requests.

SunnyInc has told us that he wanted to go rogue on an alliance in order to get his NS down, thus allowing him to go rogue against certain individuals in other alliances, although he hasn't told us who these individuals are.

We think that SunnyInc chose us for his initial attack partly because he erroneously believes neutral alliances to be weak and partly because he significantly outgunned our largest nations. He expected us to be grateful for the opportunity to peace out once he had got himself in the strength range of his primary targets. We see no reason why we should allow him to get away with using us as a punchbag.

I respectfully request that sanctions continue to be applied against SunnyInc's nation for the following reasons:

• We are still carrying out anti-rogue operations against SunnyInc's nation and he is still nuking our members. He has shown no signs of repentance.
• If we peace out with SunnyInc and the sanctions are lifted, he will only go nuclear rogue against someone else. They will want sanctions to be placed against his nation.

I might add that SunnyInc's recent aid agreements and OWF posts show that he is highly sympathetic towards TOP and TSO in the current global war and he would send them further aid if he could. He strikes me as the sort of person who would seek to publically embarrass Genesis if you were to remove the sanction that is preventing him from aiding the enemies of your alliance and its coalition partners.
