HOGWARTS SCHOOL
Surrounded by vast highlands, forests and a dark but beautiful river, Hogwarts School is the most famous of all the European magical academies. Students are Sorted into four Houses, named after the school's Founders, in their first year.

HOGSMEADE
The village of Hogsmeade is only a mile or so down the road from Hogwarts school, and students in their third year or over are permitted to visit every once in a while to escape the castle and indulge in some retail therapy. Just be careful; not everyone is as nice as they seem.

DIAGON ALLEY
Diagon Alley is the main shopping province of Wizarding London. The shops here are quite small and dull in comparison to the great white building of Gringotts bank, but the alley is full of hustle and bustle, much like any other shopping area in England.

The Ministry of Magic is the governing body of the magical community of Britain and succeeded the earlier Wizards' Council. The Ministry has seven departments and many minor offices to deal with different aspects of the wizarding world.
