The front yard of the school seemed awfully quiet considering a nice blanket of fog rolled through the city, causing a desolate and somewhat creepy vibe to go into effect. It was very thick enough to the point that you could not see more than a few feet right in front of you, making walking seem like the most difficult thing let alone driving. Thankfully for Shinji, his 06' WRX Sti Imprezza was equipped with fog lights for occasions like this.

Shinji was wearing a black graphic hoodie with nice-fitting jeans and his shell-toe black Addidas. His black aviator sunglasses and his messy, seemingly-unkempt hair was able to cover his eyes.

He turned off the keys to his car and stepped out of his car, looking at the foggy path ahead of him. Sighing, he muttered to himself in Russian, cursing the blasted weather as he was approaching the front yard.

"A shitty start to a already shitty morning..." he muttered as he walked down the yard, hoping not to accidentally bump into anyone.

Her icy-blue eyes couldn't see past this fog, her ivory-blond hair fluttered in the wind. Her white coat threatened to come off at the speeds she was flying as her long-sleeved pink shirt, denim mini-skirt and backpack fluttered in the wind as her pink thigh high socks with white rings at the cuffs remained tight onto her powerful legs. She cursed this weather but her eyes widened as she saw something fast within a few feet of her.

"Whoa!" Kitty screamed as she dodged yet another airplane at the last minute, not being able to see through this dense fog. She had no idea how this fog came in but it is surely causing havoc as far as traffic is concerned. She decided that if she goes lower, she could avoid the air traffic. So, she begins to dive lower to the ground in order to head into school.

However, as she was heading into school, she saw that traffic was getting worse as there was a pretty bad wreck at an intersection. What is worse is that the car caught on fire and there was a gas station right next to it. The supergirl dove down even further until she was right in front of the car. She found that there was a woman and a baby trapped inside.

"Hold on ma'am, I'm going to get you all out!" she shouted to her as she found that she was still somewhat conscious. She then grabbed onto the door and slowly began to peel it off like it was cardboard paper before she ripped the door off its hinges. Kitty then used her telekinesis to cut open her seatbelt before she was able to get her out. Hearing the baby cry prompted her to break her free from this possible death trap.

She then cut the safety harness from the baby before she was able to get her out of the seat. Once that happened, she carried them both away from the car and into a safer area on the sidewalk. The sound of the sirens prompted her that help was coming, to which Kitty smiled as she was about to head off.

"Thank you..." the barely conscious woman muttered before she found herself and her child in the care of the paramedics as she saw this 'angel' float off into the fog.

Kitty smiled back at her, before she disappeared into the fog and started to fly towards the school. She landed at the back yard, thinking that she was about to be late.
