Another team emailed about an Ohio ad on craigs list. They are using G.H.O.S.T. in their ad. I think it is different than the one Chris posted before.
"Hello we are G.H.O.S.T. There are things that go bump in the night and wouldn't you want the Tri-State's #1 Paranormal Investigation Research group to help you find out what spooky creatures or ectoplasm"

Why they are using G.H.O.ST. when their team name appears to be Paranormal Nights? I know why, it is not hard to figure out. If you go to their myspace and look at their photos they even have shirts with a ghost sitting on a tombston with RIP. It is a little different, the ghost is more cartoonish and facing the other way but still too similar. In another pic they have G.H.O.S.T. on their shirts.
I do not want people thinking that they are us or associated with us in any way. This can ruin our reputation fast if people think they are us.
I have emailed them and asked them to put a disclaimer on their ad and myspace that they are not part of our team and not associated with it in anyway. They claim to be certified  do blessings & cleansings, have an LLC status, (means nothing to client, only protects themselves from lawsuits) and from what I can tell have a completely different view on what they consider paranormal evidence. Evidently someone has flagged their ad in the past.
If they don't either quit using the name G.H.O.S.T. or at least use a disclaimer that they are not associated with us I will have to post don't be fooled ads right behind them on craigslist as well as put a disclaimer on the website and make a myspace page to clarify it.
