Is something pissing you off? Are you a crying, sniffling trainwreck? Or do you just want a reason to yell?


Shout your problems here. Maybe someone will help you, maybe they won't. Either way, it's better to put them on your screen than it is to leave them in your heart.


Here's an example of me venting:

I hate paranoia. It's pretty much DESTROYED my life. Paranoia is the whole thing that was behind me and Nexis splitting, AGAIN, and him attempting suicide (yeah, that's right).

All I've ever wanted was for people to believe in me, because I do my best to tell the truth. Those bad people who make people paranoid are ruining my dream and crushing all the hopes I have for the future.

Yeah...paranoia is bad....even I have trouble to deal with it sometimes.

But I believe in you, you're a good kid. ^^

I hate it more than anything else in the world at this point. Paranoia is the reason people don't want to get to know me. Paranoia is the reason I'm going to die alone. Paranoia is the reason that the rainbow can never exist.

...woah, hold it right there.

People are paranoid of you? Well, there's one way to fix that. Just simply be yourself around them, and say hello to them, then open up by stating your name, and then ask if their day is going well so far, and then continue to talk and ask questions to each other until you each get to know each other some more.

And nothing can destroy a rainbow, as long as you never give up and never lose hope. ^^

I've been doing that for years. It's always been the same. They just think I'm an overzealous freak who has nothing better to say than your average random crap.

I'm losing faith in this whole "rainbow" thing.

Hmm...well...To tell you the truth, I don't have that many friends IRL either. I can think of only 5 'real' friends. But everyone knows who I am in my school. You just need to act nicely to everyone in school, say 'Hi' to people in the halls, and help when you can.

And you're not as alone as you think. You have me, friends on RPM, and your friends on DA.

It's not being alone that's the problem, it's the fact that no one believes that what I have to say is truthful.

And, you always seem to be a few posts ahead of me, GF. ALWAYS.

Well, I believe what you say is truthful, and I think your friend, Hope, also believes what you say is truthful, and same with all your friends online. And all those other people in your town? If they don't believe you, who needs them? This is your last year of High School anyhow. After this, you'll probably never see them again. Then, you'll be open to the entire world, not just a town in Colorado. And out there, I'm sure some people will believe what you say is truthful. ^^

I can't leave this place after that, even if I wanted to. My mom can't take care of herself, and my brother has a life to live...

I wonder if I'm even capable of anything outside this town...or my house even.

Well, it's not really fair if you stay behind and you have to take care of your mother with no help from your brother. Both of you should help her equally.

I don't know what's going on with him, actually.

Hmm...well....don't worry...things will get better...just you wait and see.
Just try to keep yourself happy and pull through this period. You can do it, I'm praying for you. ^^

I'll try. But I'm not sure if I can guarantee that I'll be 'happy'.

Well...whenever you make your posts in RPM, it seems you're happy. And you're starting to fit in there quite well. You'll have friends there you can lean on, like you can lean on me. ^^ *hugs*

Listen, there are lots of great things in your life to be hopeful for. You've got friends who will stay beside you at all times, you've got a mother and a brother who love you and care for you, and you've got talent. As GF said, this is your last year of high school, and after that, you don't need to see anyone anymore. In College, it's much easier to make friends, and life will be better. You're mature, and a really nice person. You're polite, nice to everybody with no exception. The only people who have got any reason not to like you are the ones who are jealous of you.

Hope is the most important thing in your life. Never give it up, because you still have a great existance ahead of you. There are still feelings to experience, people to meet, books to read, music to listen to, poems to sing...

Do you know what is the greatest thing about this world? It's that it has an endless supply of awesome and happiness. You can be happy by reading a book and being amazed about its story, by experiencing a new feeling, by taking a walk in the park, getting hit by thin, refreshing raindrops, running in the street, feeling the wind blowing on your face, tasting the sweetness of a chocolate ice cream, watching a movie with friends, listening to beautiful music, dancing simply because you're happy with the world, eating chips and drinking lemon Iced Tea while watching 24 with your friends, talling a joke, writing a poem, playing a cool game, learning about a fascinating subject, playing Sudoku, building a ten-floor building with Legos and acting as Godzilla to throw it down so you can realise you're not a kid anymore but still act like one for fun, seeing a smile on somebody else's face because we did something good...

This is a beautiful, beautiful world. No matter how much pain and misery there is, there is always a way to knock it down and replace it with happiness. Replace it with joy. Human beings have created so much awesome things all through our very own existance, all important, no matter if they are small funny blog posts, or fantastic Shakesperian novels. Science is beating all the deseases, we are able to have successful and fruitful lives without having to worry, the world is in the best shape it ever was, without world wars or massive famine to strike half the planet. We are human beings, we are in control of our own lives, we are free.

And you are free. Because you are one of the world's most powerful beings. You are a person. You can think, you can act, you can change the world with a simple action, and you can find that happiness is a relative term... because there's always a way to be more happy.
