Welcome
While Robin and his merrymen protect the innocents of Nottinghamshire, England is being crushed by the tightening grip of cruel Prince John. As the Sheriff and his associates rob every last coin from the people, new forces led by former noble Marian Fitzwalter strive to protect Nottingham from destruction by less obvious means. With rumors of a coming plague from the East, tensions are high but hearts hold hope for the return of the king and stability to England. Power is for the taking but at the expense of others. Will you grasp it or help those without hope?

• Specifics – Please don’t change a character’s name or age without permission from an administrator. However, middle names, titles, nicknames and aliases are completely up to you. • Play-Bys – These may be changed if you wish, except in the cases of show-canons.
• Show-Canons – Any character that is canon to the show must be true to the character as they are on the show. The Merrymen: *Robin Hood, Twenty-five Jonas Armstrong • Age: Twenty-five • After serving 5 years in King Richard’s private guard Robin returned to Locksley only to find that his land had been given to Guy of Gisbourne. • Upon seeing the cruelty inflicted on the people of Nottingham by the new Sheriff, Robin and his companion, Much, turned outlaw and began aiding those in need. • Robin hates the idea that Marian has created her own gang and is persistently trying to get her to join the two groups. *Much, Twenty-four Sam Trough ton • Best friend and loyal servant of Robin, he followed Robin to the Holy Land and he was to be rewarded with the lordship of Bonchurch upon his return. • Giving up all rewards he would have received, Much chose the life of an outlaw when Robin did. His cooking ingenuity has helped keep Robin’s gang well fed and he is significantly more level headed than most people give him credit for. • Though not an avid supporter of the relationship between Robin and Marian, Much has promised to seek Eve when Richard returns. *Allan a Dale, Twenty-five Joe Armstrong •A pathological liar, Allan is a difficult man to trust but he feels somehow indebted to Robin for saving his life on numerous occasions. •Allan is above all an opportunistic and feels that the risk of a life in Robin’s gang doesn’t equal the amount of money he should be saving away for future use. If given the opportunity, he would sell information if the price were good enough. •After losing his only family, a younger brother, Tom, the gang is the only close group he has and, though he complains about their risky plans, he cares a great deal about the gang, particularly about Will and Djaq. *Will Scarlett, Nineteen Harry Lloyd • Rescued by Robin, Will decide to join the gang as a form of repayment and to stop the injustice that lead to his mother’s death and so many others. • Quite the master craftsman, Will’s skills as a carpenter are prized not only by the group but also by anyone who has seen his work. • The quiet one of Robin’s group, Will has displayed his knack for creative planning and quick thinking on more than one occasion. *Djaq, Twenty Anjali Jay • After the death of her twin brother, Saffiya took the name of her brother, Djaq, and has been called so ever since. • Djaq was brought to England as a slave for the Sheriff’s mines but her cleverness and courage brought her to the attention of Robin’s gang and after being freed she chose to stay. • While her abilities as a highly skilled healer, with extensive knowledge of herbs and their properties, are prized by the gang she is also acknowledged as a highly intelligent and intuitive woman. ] *Little John, Forty-five Gordon Kennedy • Was forced into the life of an outlaw and had to leave his wife, pregnant with now ten year old John. • Little John was the leader of a small gang years before Robin came on the scene. • Once unsure of Robin’s methods of giving to the poor from the riches of the wealthy, he is now fiercely loyal to Robin and his plans. • A heavy set man, he is the muscle of the group and has great skills with a staff. Elizabeth Rolfe, Sixteen Kristen Stewart • As “the baby”, Elizabeth has always been used to being pampered and getting her own way, and is incredibly self-centered and conceited, but is adept at pick pocketing to get what she wants. • After the mysterious death of her older brother and her parents (which seem to have little to no effect on her), she and her older sister Amelia ran off and joined Robin’s gang, much to Elizabeth’s chagrin. •Elizabeth’s cold, self-centered ways, her uncaring attitude toward her family’s death, and a short relationship between her and Adrian Hughes, Amelia’s then-love interest, led to a terrible row between the sisters, which caused Amelia to leave her baby sister behind. Adrian Hughes, Twenty-one Adam Brody • A flirt to the core, Adrian is good looking and he damn well knows it. But he takes it a step further, and uses his good looks to attempt get just about anyone into bed with him… which typically results in a slap in the face. • When he was seventeen, the Sheriff’s men killed his father before his very eyes. Since then, he has joined up with Robin and the Merrymen to avenge his father’s death – and to rescue damsels in distress (ulterior motives in mind, of course). • Despite his reputation as a would-be womanizer, he’s loyal when he has reason to be, as is the case with the Merrymen. He’s good at distracting the masses, as well as standing guard at all hours. Isabelle Baker, Twenty Carey Mulligan • Abandoned at birth and raised by an old woman who lived in the Forest, Isabelle has never been one to let things get her down. • She knows more about the Forest itself than just about anyone else, and is more than happy to help those in need find their way. • Is considered to be a great asset to the Merrymen, but there are those who see a glimmer of her youthful naïveté, which could make her a risk.

Marian's Gang: *Marian Fitzwalter, Twenty-one Lucy Griffiths • The daughter of the former Sheriff, Sir Robert of Knighton, Marian has spirit, a kind heart, and sees the root any situation almost instantly. • Dressed as the Nightwatchman, Marian fled the castle at her father’s death to join Robin but was stopped on the way by woman being attacked. Fighting off the small group of men, the woman, Juliana, pledged to join Marian. • After meeting up with Robin, the two had an argument about how to proceed with Marian’s newfound freedom. Disagreeing with Robin’s plans for her, Marian separated from his gang and took to the woods, slowly gathering people to her until a new gang was formed. Arabella Bennett, Twenty-four Kathleen Robertson • Light-footed and quick-minded, Arabella is comparable to a modern-day cat burglar. Dressed in dark, tight-fitting men’s clothing, she sneaks about after nightfall, gathering gold and information. • In a moment of rebellion against her Sheriff-allied family, Arabella left home and ran off to join Robin’s gang, but Marian found her first. She’s since dedicated her life to working against people like her family, despite the fact that she still loves her brother. • She’s incredibly manipulative, and even though she works for the “good” side, she isn’t above double-crossing her own kind if it will get her what she wants. Amelia Rolfe, Twenty-one Odette Yustman • The kinder and more sensible of the Rolfe girls, Amelia has always had to look out for her younger sister, for her parents’ sake more than anything else. • Still enraged at her sister’s heartlessness and betrayal, and still heartbroken over the ‘loss’ of Adrian, Amelia has become distant, self-doubting and almost numb to most everything around her. This leads her to agree to just about anything when it comes to helping Marian. • She has developed a sort of unusual friendship with many of the men of not only Marian and Robin’s gangs, but with the citizens of Nottingham as well. What she can’t see, though, is that one of them is in love with her – but which one? Sarah Webb, Twenty-seven Delta Goodrem • The second-oldest member of the gang, Sarah is about the only one who flat-out refuses to fight, even if her life, or the lives of those around her, are at stake. To compensate, she acts as an amateur healer, able to ease suffering before death and stitch wounds in hopes of making them heal. • Once the wife of an outlaw and the mother of a beautiful five-year-old, her world was turned upside down when both were killed by the Sheriff’s men. The reason she refuses to fight: in defending herself and attempting to assist her husband, she watched at the last moment as her child was beheaded with a single swing, and in that moment of horror, her husband shared that fate. • The means of her escape are known only to her – all anyone knows is that one day she showed up in the forest with a broken heart and an underlying burning need for revenge. Frederick Clarke, Twenty-two Kevin Zegers • Son of the butcher of a small village outside Nottingham, Frederick has known Jacquelyn Fletcher since he was born. Once friends, a petty fight led them to hate one another with a fiery passion. • He has grown up quite nicely and is generally thought to be a ‘nice boy’, since he only fights when necessary. He prefers to cook for the gang, which he joined after his father died and the shop was burned down. • Is consciously unaware of the fact that he’s been in love with Jacquelyn since since he was a child, so he continues to fight and argue with her without understanding why he never actually stays mad for long. Jacquelyn Fletcher, Twenty-three Erin Sanders • Raised in an abbey following her parents' deaths, she grew to despise all forms of religion simply because it was yet another set of rules that she needed to follow. • Finds Frederick Clarke to be the filthiest, slimiest, most rotten and repulsive creature to have ever slithered through Sherwood Forest. But for some reason his name is the one to enter her thoughts just before she sleeps. • Would dearly love to have a happily-ever-after, knight in shining armor and all. She just doesn’t know who to hope for, or where to dream of going if she’s ever freed from the hectic and treacherous life she leads. Juliana Browne, Twenty-six Emily Blunt • Once the biggest prostitutes in England, a “miracle” pregnancy shocked Juliana back to reality. An accident in her youth had rendered her infertile, or so she thought, which only served to encourage her promiscuous behavior. • The wretched, screaming child that resulted from said miracle was left on a church doorstep far from Nottingham. Upon her return, she let it be thought that the child had died on the journey. • Haunted by the fact that she abandoned her child, and afraid of the hateful reactions she got after having slept around with the majority of the male population of the area, she took a vow of celibacy and fled to the Forest where she joined up with Marian. Isolde Payne, Twenty-eight Romola Garai • Born to a farmer and his overly pathetic mistress, Isolde was raised to never trust a man. Ever. Her mother never forgave the farmer for abandoning her as soon as it was discovered that she was pregnant, and she passed on that bitterness with the entire male gender to her daughter. • Although she is nearing thirty, she has no desire to marry, and no desire to even so much as give any man a second glance. • Her irritation with the opposite gender has made her a valuable member to the gang. Why? Because she has absolutely no problem (and oftentimes takes great pleasure in) killing men who deserve it… and some who don’t. Edmund Carpenter, Twenty-five Chad Michael Murray • Gay to the core, Edmund has been disowned from his noble family, and banished from their lands. He was bounced from town to town, constantly facing rejection before finally finding solace in Sherwood Forest. • Was forced to leave Robin’s gang after it was suspected that he was lusting after more than a few of the other men. This, combined with a rather repulsive interlude with the Sheriff led him to take up permanent residence in Marian’s gang. • Thanks to his noble birth, Ed is one of the most literate minds in Sherwood. He acts as a “translator” for Marian’s gang.

The Sheriff's Men: *Vaisey, Sheriff of Nottingham, Fifty Keith Allen • A heart of stone, Vaisey is a ruthless, cunning man who will do whatever he feels necessary to keep his hold on Nottingham and its riches. • Vaisey took the position of Sheriff after Sir Robert lost his bid for the spot but Vasiey has every intention of accruing more power, land, and riches by taking additional resources from others by force or cunning. • Firmly despising Robin and Marian’s gangs, the Sheriff is determined to stop both and to find out the identity of the leader of the 'troublesome gang of women' at all costs. *Guy of Gisbourne, Thirty-three Richard Armitage • Despite his title, Guy has no land or wealth to his name that has not been taken from others, thus he sees the lordship of Locksley as a means of gaining true power and riches not only for himself but for his children. • Though Guy is the Sheriff lieutenant, he is far from fond of the man but stays in his good graces in hopes of the future benefits in power and prestige the position will give him. • Guy still hopes to find Marian and making her his bride but has taken an interest in the mysterious gypsy Gwen. Matthew Engles, Thirty-three James Purefoy •Matthew is by far the most cunning and ruthless man in the Sheriff's service; he has his eyes on Guy's position as the right hand man to the Sheriff and is willing to do anything to get it. • While he acts as a noble of the highest breeding, Matthew is not a noble, his father having lost the ancestral title and his life as a result of treason. •Recently returned from the crusades with a reputation for being a senseless killer, it is hard to miss Matthew's real motives and this is possibly what is most dangerous about him. Jonathan Andrews, Twenty-four Ben Barnes • Jon's excellence with a sword earned him a title only three years ago and his nievty in the subject of politics is exceedingly apparent; he still is viewed as a serf by many of the older noble families. • Unquestioning loyalty has made Jon the perfect man for the Sheriff, who is ever in need of people to do his biding successfully and quickly. •The beautiful Amelia Rolfe has caught Jon's eye when he's seen her on occassion in town but he knows nothing of her, particularly not of her involvement in Marian's gang. Helena Godwin, Twenty-four Kate Beckinsale • Helena can look every part the sweet and kind-hearted innocent but takes great joy in using this ability to manipulate anyone she can. • One of the few women the Sheriff tolerates, she herself holds the Sheriff in high regard as a singularly funny and clever man. • Vanity being her greatest weakness, she has decided that she must marry someone of like intelligence and ambition and, therefore, has set her eye on Matthew Engles, whom she has been actively trying to seduce. Lavinia Lockwood, Eighteen Isla Fisher • Servant to Helena Godwin, the two are surprisingly similar in their temperaments, short on patience and high on vanity. • A short term lover of Andrew Bennett, he broke off the relationship some months ago, leaving Lavinia feeling used and seeking revenge. •It is difficult to know what motivates Lavinia to feed information to the Sheriff about the whisperings of Nottingham but she does seek to become a lady if not through love then by blackmail. Lucia Davenport, Twenty-eight Rachel Weisz • The eldest daughter of one of the richest nobles in England, Lucia has been spoiled her entire life and will never accept 'no' as an answer. •Lucia does not help the Sheriff out the sharing of common beliefs with him but because she believes it will earn her respect in the eyes of Michael, whom she has become infatuated with. •Lucia met Michael in the court in London and had her father send her to Nottinghamshire to be with him. Her father, having some business interest in Rochdale, pulled strings to have her taken in under the hospitality of Sir Benedict and Lady Edina in hopes of her discovering the reason behind the increase in crime. Michael Dashfield, Twenty-nine Christian Bale •Returned from the crusades a hero, the memories of his actions haunt him, but rather than changing his lifestyle, Michael has turned his feelings of guilt and dishonor into anger toward the rightful king. • While a great solider and excellent strategist, Michael's short coming has displayed itself in his inability to successfully carry out any of his plans, mainly from the rush of guilt and memories that have a way of turning up when it's least convenient. •Feeling a lost sense of purpose, he has turned his associate's dreams into his own, gain a comfortable living and power and you will have everything; Michael believes himself to be the last of his line but the knowledge that he has a sister could be the news that breaks the man from his path and harms the Sheriff's gang substantially. Daniel Moore , Twenty-three Cillian Murphy •Keep your friends close but your enemies closer, Daniel knows his standing with Sheriff Vaisey is solid but he is wary of Andrew's rise in power from an obscure nobody to a trusted associate; Daniel has tried to take Andrew 'under his wing' in hopes of keeping a better eye on him. • A disenchanted knight under Prince John, Daniel left his service for his uncle's lands in Nottingham with the hope of living a life of some importance, respect, and comfort under the service of the new sheriff. • Daniel has ambitions of making a name for himself in Nottingham but has trouble submitting to some of the Sheriff's plans, often seeing flaws in how they're thought out or executed. Andrew Bennett, Twenty-one Gaspard Ulliel •An able bodied, capable, and motivated man, Andrew has become a powerful asset to the Sheriff's secret society, often being sent to complete the work that Sir Guy has failed to do. •Andrew's goal in life is to become the single most powerful and wealthy man in all England, Europe being but a step away; working with the Sheriff is but a means to an end. • Though on completely different sides of the conflict, Andrew and his sister, Arabella, are extraordinarily alike in temperament, however, Arabella's open rebellion has become a major stumbling block on his quest to wealth and fame and he has tried to dissociate himself the best he can.

Nobles: Abigail of Nettlestone, Twenty-two Anna Freil • A free thinking, fiery spirit, Abby is a whole-hearted supporter of Robin and Marian's efforts to help the people of Nottingham. • Unlike her elder brother, Peter, she has become actively involved in efforts to not only sneak information to Robin and Marian's gangs but also to become actively involved in their plans on occasion. •Frustrated with Peter's reluctance to take a side despite his good nature, she has tried to remain silent about her more active roles in the gang not only to save him from the pains that would befall him for not controlling his sister in the absence of their father but also from a fear that Peter could side with the established power, the Sheriff. Mirabelle, Twenty-five Evan Rachel Wood • Possessed by a romantic heart, Mirabelle has found her position as a noble difficult for living her dreams of meeting a gallant and similarly romantic man, especially since her father and brother are determined to marry her to the highest bidder. •A bit of a rebel, Mirabelle was inspired by Mirian's escape from the castle and has offered to help members of Mirian's gang by feeding them information about the nobles who follow the Sheriff. •A fiery spirit, Mira speaks her mind though it is often to her determent and staying with her uncle, Adam of Bonchurch, a man who doesn't appreciate such a spirit has proved trying to both. Sabine of Clun, Twenty-four Hayley Westenra •Sabine prefers to remain away from the social buzz and endless politics of noble society not only from her natural shyness but also from a sincere dislike of the decisions she's seen made by many of her peers. • A great lover of nature, Sabine can usually be found wandering the quieter places of Clun and its surrounding countryside. •Gifted with the talent of being overly observant and intuitive, she has surprisingly little interest in sharing her knowledge with either side. •Timothy and Sabine have developed a sort of quiet friendship and while most that is said is polite niceties and comical comments about the situations they find themselves in, Sabine is touched that he not only notices her but tries to engage her. Olivia of Knighton, Twenty-six Brooke Nevin •Like her father, Olivia puts herself completely behind whoever is governing, whether it be John while Richard is away or Sheriff Vaisey. • Olivia has a particular interest in politics and social advancement and has taken little interest in her brother's attempts to get her involved in the events, both small and large, in Knighton. •In the past year, she has developed an interest in Matthew Engles who, despite his reputation as a ladies man and cruel opportunist, she admires for his sharp intellect. Edina of Rochdale, Thirty-three Jennifer Connelly • Unknown to her brother, Benedict, and to the entirety of Rochdale, Edina has taken to donning the outfit of the 'Raven' to deliver aid to the people that her brother has taken their livelihood from. • A quiet but determined person, Edina is well respected for her unusual wisdom concerning the affairs of Nottingham and for verbal stand against her brother's 'refusal' to deal with the problems mounting in Rochdale. •Benedict has made an effort to send Edina to be a guest of the Sheriff as often as possible, hoping that anyone, particularly his friend Anthony, will catch her eye and divert her mind from the events at home. Timothy of Knighton, Twenty-seven J.J. Field •One of the few just and kind nobles in Nottingham, the Sheriff gave Timothy the lordship of Knighton in hopes of gaining favor with Timothy's father, an advisor to Prince John, rather than for any actual good feelings toward him. • Timothy has an avid sense of humor but balanced with a kind heart and with the best interests of his tenants in mind, he has gained great respect by all good-hearted people who know him. •Though close in age, Olivia, his younger sister, has taken after their father, a man Timothy secretly despises, and the two are not close, though Timothy does hope life in Knighton will change her attitudes. Peter of Nettlestone, Twenty-three Dan Stevens •Though his sister may see him as a stick in the mud, Peter is greatly conflicted by his position as a noble and his role as the ward of his younger sister, Abby, afraid of upsetting the status quo and harming Abby's future and his own in the long run. • The younger son of a family that only gained noble status in the past generation, Peter was not prepared or educated when his brother died at the age of twenty-seven and struggles without and within to make the right decisions and to live with them once they're made. •Despite their differences in status, he has developed an unlikely friendship with Edina's maid, Matilda, a force for good like his sister but understanding of his precarious position. Benedict of Rochdale, Thirty-two Gerard Butler •Benedict has received many angry comments not only from his fellow nobles but also from the Sheriff for letting the crime rate in Rochdale get out of hand since his father's death. • Unknown to the Sheriff and his men, Benedict has been feeding this increase in crime and placed himself at the head of secret organized force to slowly take power away from the Sheriff and put it in his own hands. •Fighting on multiple fronts, Benedict has become one of Robin's great foes, working much like an anti-Robin to covertly rob from the poor and give to himself. Adam of Bonchurch, Twenty-nine Rupert Perry-Jones •A man used to getting what he wants, Adam holds a grudge against the Sheriff, who gave him the lordship of Bonchurch only after he gave it to Robin's follower, Much. • Adam is an underground supporter of Prince John being named king and regrets the foolishly wasted year he spent following Richard in the Holy Land. •The list of people he respects is short but Benedict and Anthony are two of the few he not only respects but considers friends. He had a good idea of what Benedict is doing and is tempted to add his forces to his in hopes of a substantial share of his own. Anthony of Ashbourne, Thirty-four Michael Vartan •Best friends with Benedict of Rochdale, the two are amazingly different but were childhood friends who both shared an notable gift for ingenuity and a healthy dose of trouble making spirit in their youths. • Anthony returned six years ago from the war and immediately noticed the change in Benedict, who has attempted to keep as much of his immoral affairs to himself as possible. •Angered by the corruption of the Sheriff, Anthony has vowed to help Robin's gang the best he can, though he does not approve of Marian's gang for reasons of womanly maidenhood as well as for having a ununified effort against the Sheriff's corruption. He is waiting for the moment to stand out opening against the Sheriff but knows it is more prudent to lie low for now.

Civilians: *Eve, Twenty-two Kelly Adams • Was a servant at Bonchurch when Much was given the lordship of the village but was being used as a spy by the Sheriff, who hoped to gain information about Robin from Much’s normally animated lips. • Much’s kindness while her lord softened her heart to the man and she informed Much of the Sheriff’s plan. Instead of following Much to the safety of the forest, she returned to her family in hopes of keeping them safe and providing for them without the Sheriff’s money. • Eve has been unable to forget Much’s kindness and good-heart since leaving him and hopes to continue their relationship when Richard returns if not sooner. Matilda, Twenty-four Kimberly Williams-Paisley •The personal servant of Lady Edina, Matilda has felt herself surprisingly fortunate to have such an intelligent and good-hearted mistress; the two have become friends over Matilda's 6 years of service and she knows of Edina's guise as the Raven. • Though a supporter of Robin and Marian, she has not been actively involved in helping their cause due to fear of the Sheriff and, more likely, Benedict discovering any dubious actions. •Matilda has formed an unlikely friendship with Peter, both in similar situation of wanting to aid the outlaws but fearing the consequences. Emmeline, Twenty-one Jewel Staite •The patience of a saint and a kind-heart to match, Emmeline is the sweetheart of the servants in Nottingham castle. • While she is willing to give you one of her strong opinions, especially concerning food and the welfare of the people of Nottingham, Emmeline is just as willing to listen, gaining her respect from her fellow servants and a great store of knowledge as to what's going on in the castle. •Ever the optimist, she has taken quite a fancy to Sir Timothy of Knighton, who she loves to engage in conversation when he visits her kitchens during his trips to the castle. For all this, she holds little hope of him returning any of her affections. Peter, Twenty-five Charlie Cox •Charged with overseeing the stables in Nottingham castle, Peter has amazing patience with the horses but surprisingly little when it comes to their masters and fellow stable hands. •All is fair in love and war, at least to Peter anyway; he cares little for the affairs of England at large but cares greatly for the welfare of his charges. •A frequent visitor of Simon Adam's blacksmith shop, Simon's work has made him one of the only men Peter respects, though he has a particular dislike for his pathetic excuse for a brother. Roger, Twenty-seven Callum Blue •An odd-jobs man, Roger spends most of his day filling the miscellaneous jobs in Nottingham castle and, as a result, knows the ins and outs of the castle like no other. • With an extensive knowledge of all goings on in the castle, Roger has an unforgiving loose mouth, sharing anything and everything that comes into his mind. While he willingly shares information with Robin, he has trouble keeping much the same information out of other hands. •Roger is best friends with Emmeline, who has been cheerfully guiding him toward thinking about what he says and does. Simon Adams, Twenty-three Jonathan Rhys Meyers • One of the best blacksmiths in Nottingham. • A quiet man, Simon prefers to avoid the chaotic conflict between the ruling hand and the outlaws. • Overly protective of his younger siblings, Benedict and Gloriana. Henry Adams, Nineteen William Mosley • For someone so young, Henry is a bit of an abrasive prat. He drinks too heavily and makes eyes at any woman over the age of thirteen, and generally acts like a pompous arse for no apparent reason. • Is easily annoyed by both his brother’s laid-back yet over-protective demeanor and his sister’s bratty tendencies, and has therefore taken to not acknowledging either of them for long periods of time. • He’s a stable-hand for one of Nottingham’s noble families, and he harbors vague feelings of resentment towards his brother for inheriting his father’s blacksmith shop, despite the fact that Simon is the eldest and the only one who actually knows how to make anything. Gloriana Adams, Seventeen Lauren Ambrose • At seventeen, Gloriana is surprisingly modern when it comes to lashing out at the hand that feeds her – in this case, her older brothers. • She works for a seamstress, mainly because it’s easier to do that than anything that would require her getting her hands dirty. • She’s incredibly flirty, flighty and sarcastic, more to annoy her brothers than anything else. She misses her parents greatly, and really just wants to make sure her brothers both know they have, in her mind, no authority over her. But she loves them more than anyone, and even though she's often a snarky brat, she lets them know that, too. Eleanor, Twenty-two Rose Byrne •Eleanor has not taken sides in the Sheriff/Outlaws war, choosing to make sure her mother, sister, and baby brother are provided for no matter the outcome. •The servant of Lucia Davenport, Eleanor his highly worried by her mistresses obsession with a man who has no interest in her. Unwillingly, she has been dragged in to deliver messages from her mistress to Michael. • An excellent reader of people and situations, Matilda's abilities are highly regarded by her mistress and her own friends. Joseph, Thirty-one David Tennant • A tenant farmer just outside Rochdale, Joseph has found his livelihood at stake with the recent increase in crime and his inability to safely sell his wares in Rochdale. • With a heart for the land and the people of England, Joseph is surprisingly well informed of events across England, mainly due to his unconventional friendship with Lady Edina. • A widower, Joseph feels he has little to lose by helping Marian and Robin's gangs in whatever way he can but, at night, it is hard for him not to acknowledge to himself that he sorely misses his wife and hates being alone.

Others: Bernard, Twenty-one Sufjan Stevens • The only son of an English mother and French father, Bernard lived in France until the death of his father and the subsequent taking of their small farm during a land dispute between two lords. • Shortly after losing their land, a chance encounter with returning crusader Matthew Engles left Matthew with the impression that Bernard’s situation was desperate and Bernard intelligent enough to do work for him if he did them the favor of returning them to England. • Matthew has taken to using Bernard less as a personal servant and more as his eyes and ears to the affairs of the castle and, most notably, Guy and the other nobles. • While he often appears to be a fly on the wall, Bernard has a quick mind and a heart for his mother’s country and the suffering people in Nottingham, and is secretly feeding information to Robin’s Gang through Will Scarlett, with whom he has formed a close friendship. Margaret Maitland, Thirty-six Kate Winslet •After the death of her husband, Margret fled to Sherwood Forest with her twins, Evelyn and Evangeline, and youngest daughter, Katherine, and was taken in the by wise Forestwife, or the Witch of the Forest. • Margaret has never forgotten nor forgiven the Sheriff for the crime of murdering Evelyn and believes that her work as the new Forestwife is a way to revenge herself but if a more direct way were offered she would consider giving everything up to exact revenge. •Over the years she has done everything in her power to help any persons in the need of healing and sanctuary but she has a great distrust for the city and rarely leaves Sherwood. Evangeline Maitland, Seventeen Anna Popplewell •Traumatized by the death of her twin sister, Eva is over protective of the precocious Katherine, but, unknown to anyone but Robin's gang and herself, Eva has a double life as the Green Lady, under whose guise she runs small missions for the gang, including delivering food at various drop points. • Eva takes after her mother and is well on her way to becoming a great healer, with extensive knowledge of Sherwood and its healing herbs, but her main duty for the moment is guiding any persons in need healing and sanctuary to their clearing without being seen. •Since his arrival, Eva has become particularly close to to Gareth Jenkins; a close friend and confidant Evangeline would have no trouble acknowledging her love for him if she were not made so uncertain by his flirtatious behavior. Katherine Maitland, Fourteen Georgie Henley • An energetic sprite with a love of mischief, Katherine is constantly surrounded by the more serious aspects of life but has found a kindred spirit in Gareth Jenkins. • Struggles to remind her mother and sister, Eva, that she is not a little girl who needs constant supervision though is coming to age knowing little of the world outside Sherwood Forest. • Is secretly aware of Eva's secret persona as the Green Lady though it is unknown whether she knows of Eva's alliance with Robin and Marian's gangs. Gareth Jenkins, Nineteen James McAvoy •Charmer and a joker; Gareth loves to flirt and pull practical jokes. Katherine is his partner in crime when it comes to pranks. • He earns his keep by hunting and bringing in food for the Maitland clearing after his family were all killed by rough outlaws. •He's hopelessly in love with Evangeline, but too afraid to tell her as much. Clotilde, Seventeen Rachel Hurd Wood • Most of Clotilde's life was spent outside of London with her gypsy family until, at the age of eight, all but herself and sixteen year old boy were killed by Prince John's raid on their temporary camp. •Clotilde's true history is much more complex. With a mother highly obsessed with the occult and under the firm belief that only the blood of an innocent could absolve her sins, gave the gypsy troupe her newborn child, only to lose her own life several weeks later in a fire. Everyone, believing the child kidnapped and unable to discover her wareabouts, gave up hope and memory of the child. A small ring from her absent mother is all she has from her past life but, were anyone to recognize the design, they would recognize her to be the sister of Lord Michael. •Clotilde spends most of her time as a pickpocket; a master trickster, clever, and fast she's gained quite the reputation amoung her fellow street urchins in Nottingham as a girl to keep your eye on.
