General appearance:
I know what you're thinking. 'This girl looks like she's... 15!!!'
Young... flawless... just reaching adulthood. Well... don't worry. She may appear young, but her age would blow your mind. For a girl her age, she's working that young look rather well. xD
Lillith has pale, pure skin... just as any vampire should.. Her body is small... she looks rather frail sometimes and is a little over 5'2, but she pulls it off well. Her hair is long, deep brown, and silken smooth. Half of the time, it looks unkept... but... no worries, it remains classy.... just the right amount of that 'wild child' vibe. Meanwhile, her face is considerably round... and her nose is rather button like. Her cheeks are soft and sometimes they become flushed after feeding. When she doesn't feed, dark circles appear under her eyes. Of course... she makes sure this never happens. OH! Those eyes. Lillith's eyes are a bright blue and oddly wide.... almost doe-like and set neatly under arched, perfectly plucked eyebrows. Her lips are full and peachy... kissable, yet innocent. Well... technically... nothing about Lillith is innocent.
Beneath those wide eyes of hers, there is wickedness withheld and kept... just as any vampire should have.
As far as clothing, Lillith tends to wear very old fashioned things. She enjoys the style of the Victorian era and has quite a thing for parasols. She wears corsets, ribbons, and lace.. of all different colors. Thankfully, it works with her facial features.
General personality:
Quiet Lillith has always been a quiet girl. She usually keeps to herself and makes sure to not talk to people whom she doesn't really trust. It becomes something of a burden in class... since her voice is rather small and gentle as well as heavily accented(since she's French). It's usually hard to understand her instructions. Also, her quietness and near unwillingness to talk to people makes her seem a little cold...

Kind... which, of course, she's not. She's a rather kind vampire who will offer snacks to those who need it and will greet people when they greet her in return. She tends to smile often...(not grin, mind you) and will talk to people once she emerges from that shell of first impressions.

Erm... Sadistic. What can you say? She's a VAMPIRE. Little Pandora has a box filled with all sorts of tricks. She pulls out her sadism when she stalks her prey or when she's faced with any sort of dilemma. She's truly quite wicked deep down and takes joy in killing those that insist on annoying her to no end or those that pose as a possible meal.

Artsy When slowly devouring her twitching, screaming meals... Lillith likes to see the artsy side of it all. She enjoys the way blood will flow darkly from a wound, noticing the art within the body and without. I suppose you can only imagine... this is why she loves being what she is. Of course, she obviously enjoys photography... she also can play the violin and paints every once in a while. When she lures a defenseless human creature to her home, she plays a few violin recital recordings as she feeds. It makes the experience far more enjoyable.

Romantic She can't help it... Lillith is something of a romantic sap at times. She loves romance novels and the time periods that were very romantic. She's definitely a sucker for gentlemen and that 'sweep you off your feet' style. Kissing is something she enjoys... just simple kisses, not making out. And she loves it when men bring her flowers or candies...

Old FashionedAs you can imagine, Lillith is stuck in a time period she cannot escape. She really hates the styles of today and avoids them as much as possible. The only music she loves is classical music and the only clothing style she goes for is very old fashioned... still in that time when men wore hats and women carried parasols. In fact, she refuses to use a new digital camera when it comes to photography. She collects vintage cameras, including models of the very first to be used...

History:
Lillith de Lafayette was born to a small family outside of Paris, France. Her father, an artist, was taken with the baby girl and vowed to teach her everything he knew himself... such as music, art, and writing. The girl's mother, of course, was JUST as taken with the girl... and would teach her everything a woman would need to know... like taking care of a house and cooking. Needless to say, the family was very poor and already had two children... a little boy and a girl. They didn't really want another mouth to feed, but little Lillith was slowly becoming their pride and joy. They refused to leave the child out in the cold despite their growing financial problems.
As Lillith grew, things became more stressful and the winter nights became colder. Lillith tried her hardest, despite being the youngest, to keep her family strong and endowed. She would sell the little belongings she had such as clothes, shoes, and the art supplies that had been given to her. She learned to paint using broken or impromptu materials... such as hay from their abandoned stable attached to a stick... or burnt slivers of wood. It was a difficult life...
but there was hope.

Marion had insisted on becoming a socialite despite her poverty. She pretended quite well and would push her way into social circles. It's not certain if this was a successful ploy, but it did make Marion's ego inflate. Eventually, she became very ashamed of her family and would not let her budding group of friends see their rundown shack on the other side of the cities. The older girl was gone quite often... and the family missed her greatly. Eventually, someone discovered Marion's true living situation when, one day, a curious little boy followed the older sister to her home... looking suddenly past the lies she had spread. Most of the family shared the consequences, receiving daily ridicule when going into town. Things seemed to be at their worst.

BUT... that wouldn't stay true for long. Lillith's brother had become a surprising chef. The children had grown enough to hold their own... and Rene, at the age of 23... and with much dealing about, opened his own restaurant. The family found little jobs they could do in the restaurant... Lillith would play music, Leon would paint signs, Juliette helped cook, and Marion would greet people at the door. The little place became quite a big hit! The family's misfortunes seemed to be gone...
Sort of.
It didn't take long for a jealous chef from another restaurant... found the courage to do something drastic. He set fire to the place... and while many were still occupying it, as well. Lillith and her family had been doing some overnight work to spruce the place up... Lillith managed to escape the fire... but her family... didn't.
On the eve of Lillith's 16th birthday, she lost everything she had ever loved. Instead of sitting at home and crying about it, Lillith went out to make her own money, walking the streets as a prostitute by night, selling her paintings by day. The girl changed her last name, as well, to 'Hindley'... so as not to be associated with those that died or the restaurant she had been a part of. She grew to know the streets in a very little amount of time. By her 17th year, she had become street smart and knowing... tricking people into buying her paintings or sleeping with her.

She did make one mistake, of course... and that was when she took a liking to a young, beautiful, male... vampire. She didn't know at first, of course... but as she lured him into an alley to let him have his way with her... he CERTAINLY had his way with her. In a quick, fleeting instant... the vampire had bitten her then allowed her to feed from his wrist. Sure... he wanted to eat, but he was a young vampire and felt bad for the little lady. He didn't want her to die suffering... and she seemed to be utterly sad about the world.
So... at the age of 17, Lillith was welcomed into the world of the nightwalkers. She would live forever in darkness and develop respective powers. She honed them carefully during the night... and continued to sell her paintings by day.
Years would pass... Lillith would be immortal. She hated living so long and kept herself in a time period she knew well. She watched the world lumber past and took up skills that she needed. She learned how to work a camera and put her cooking skills to use. Eventually, she took a job as a wedding photographer... who would feast on a few of the wedding patrons after the reception. She also took a job at a catering company... who found a few of the busboys to be quite a meal.
As the years went on, Lillith became bored with her positions... but held a high appreciation for art. Eventually, she came upon Firehall Academy and decided that she might use her wisdom... to pass it on to folks much younger than she. At the age of 299, she applied for a teaching job, wanting to teach cooking and photography... the two things she most enjoyed.
She was given the job... and now she teaches at Firehall happily alongside others... and that's that.
