Crispy Potato Balls
Mashed potatoes
1 egg
2 Tbs. water
Crushed corn flakes or your favorite unsweetened dry cereal
Prepare mashed potatoes as usual with a little onion salt. Beat egg;
dilute with water. Roll potatoes into balls. Dip balls into egg
mixture, then into crushed cereal. Place onto greased baking sheet
and bake at 375 until well heated (for 20 minutes). Serve
immediately
