2 pkgs. (8-1/2 oz. ea.) corn bread/muffin mix
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup milk
In a bowl, combine all ingredients just until blended. Spoon into two greased 8"x4"x2" loaf pans. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
Yield: 2 loaves
