Cupid's Specialty
1 {3 ounce} package raspberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 {10 ounce} package frozen raspberries
1 cup applesauce
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup cream, whipped (or you can use cool whip)
Dissolve jello in the boiling water. Stir in frozen raspberries and the
applesauce. When partially set, add the marshmallows. Pour into a 9 x9-
inch pan. When jello is set, frost with the whipping cream, and
sprinkle with red sugar or leave plain.
