"PORK CHOP AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE"
6 pork chops
5 to 6 med. size potatoes
1 sm. head cabbage
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Lightly brown pork chops in a skillet in 1 tbsp. oil. Line bottom
of 9x13 inch casserole dish with pork chops. Peel and slice potatoes in thin slices. Layer over pork chops. Add shredded cabbage over potatoes, top with thinly sliced onion
