So! I'm Melony (neuropsych) I'm 36 and live in Washington state. I write for fun, work with kids for a living. (I also have a part time job as a graveyard convenience store clerk 3 days a week, which is quite an adventure) I have 2 dogs (black lab/border collie and and yellow lab) and 1 cat that I inherited from my mom when my dad died. No boyfriend right now, but that's probably because my standards are too high smile.gif

I'm Debbie, I'm 46 years old, live in California and work as a nanny to a very cute almost 5 year old boy! Still single, but have a very busy life with my job and church.

I am really excited about Melony's new forum!!! smile.gif

I'm Karen, also known as Aynber and Briana. This is a great opportunity to change my username, as I've been doing a slow conversion for a few years. So, um, I'm 30, married, no kids as of yet but I have a cat, and a mother who sleeps on my couch (plus cat), and a roommate in our spare room (plus cat). So yeah, that's 3 cats in the house. I work in the tech support department of an internet service provider, but I take very few calls now, mostly working on our knowledgebase. When I grow up, I want to be a web programmer!

I'm here, kinda at least. Real life's been getting in the way. But I'll be popping in and out as time presents itself.

I'm Anke, BitteBrigitte on the other forum. I figured I pull a Briana or Karen or was it an Aynber tongue.gif ? Anyway, it's the name I use for my writing stuff. I'm 25+5 and live in Scotland at the moment. I have ... uhm ... a few plants that haven't died yet? And then there's Fred. He (or she, haven't checked) is a mouse who likes to turn up in my kitchen occassionally...

Well... putting up a trap is not the problem, but get rid of the mouse inside is tongue.gif. So I figured that as long Fred is behaving, he's allowed to stay biggrin.gif.

Hey! I'm Kendra! I'm 23 and currently working on my Master's at Rice University. I'm keeping my old user name because it's kind of sentimental. This should be fun!

I'm gatemedic / Marcia. I'm going to be 52 in October. I work for a large Health Insurance company {{Humana}} My main job is paying medical claims, but I bail out one of the phone departments as needed. I hate that part of my job. I like going to Chicago with Melony and meeting old and new friends. I live in a ghetto one bedroom apartment with my two cats {Bindi and Saavik} and cockatiel { Pidgie }. I'm keeping my name because it's easier and besides, I like it. tongue.gif

I'm trying my hand at writing again after a long hiatus. Hopefully it'll keep me somewhat sane.

I look forward to less sniping and complaining. Not to mention the hijacking of topics. And good English and spelling! Thanks for having me here.

oh boy oh boy oh boy!!!!!
