You are more than welcome to post your journal in this forum. Your journal will be a topic that you start. You can pick the title; be as creative as you want.
You can put whatever you want in here, as long as it details your journey to wellness! It doesn't have to sound that cliche, I promise. You can write about your feelings as you go through your transformation, you can write down what you do every day - or however often you want to update - or even share things that inspire you to keep going! You can even put in pictures if you want!
And here's the most important part: comment, comment, COMMENT! You know how much support means, and it would be great if you could even take just a few minutes to read other people's journals and send them a nice little note of encouragement. I think it's a really nice way to make someone's day brighter.
