RDA:Now that the construction of the Colony has started, a new problem presents itself: how to obtain unobtanium without angering the Na'vi. This, of course, is not really a "new" problem to the current residents of the RDA, but one that must be solved and quickly. After all, without unobtanium, the RDA will not have any money to fund further research or the CCDA. Without money, there will be no more supplies and, well, you kind of need exopack filters in order to breathe and food in order to continue living.
And so Chief Director Riona O'Ceirin calls together all the scientists on Pandora for a great meeting of the minds. The memo is sent out, and all the scientists of the RDA are required to attend. Others may attend if they wish, but every brilliant mind is required for this project. Hopefully, by putting their minds together, a non-harmful solution can be found.

Na'vi:A restlessness is growing within the two Na'vi Clans, especially within the Tipani. Although the construction of the Colony is not harming Eywa, it means that even more humans are arriving, even more than previously expected! Many members of the clans are growing uneasy. It is only a matter of time before the building tension spills over and something changes drastically...

This first thread is just how it sounds. A gathering of scientists. Not exactly your most exciting, action-packed thread, but it needs to happen. The second thread is for the Na'vi, and at this point, only the Tipani Clan (because that's where the schism starts and so far no characters in the Omaticaya Clan are causing issues). Please note that even if your character does not split off at this time, they can always do so later.
Sänume, I'd really like you for the Na'vi thread because I think it's important that both leaders be there.
