Alright, this post was written to address a few problems within the clan chat that have arisen recently. I personally have no problem with anything that's going on, but I'm not really one to be concerned about these kinds of things. I can see why some people are having problems with recent occurences within the clan, though. I'm writing this so these issues can be viewed and discussed on the forum.

Some have been complaining about inappropriate language within the clan chat, this doesn't bother me, but I have made efforts to avoid contributing to the problem as I know it offends some.

I think we could all be a little more respectful to each other, jokes and insults are fine I suppose, just don't take it too far. If the target of the joke or insult seems annoyed, it's probably time to stop.

During the captains meeting, we discussed augmenting the current General count with one or two more active Generals. We were in clan chat for several hours without a General and things got out of hand. Our number of active Generals has decreased, and some that are still active don't stay long or rarely take action when problems arise. I know this sounds odd coming from me, but we need authoritative figures who can deal with problems when they arise.

I'm sure I'm missing something, but I think this will be a fine start to this topic, anything missed can be edited in or posted in replies, feel free to post your opinion and any solutions you can think of.

I'm sorry to say this (and i know some of you probably hate me for it) but i'm one of the ones who is really upset by some of the extreme language people use in the clan chat. I think that it really wouldn't be THAT hard for people to change this. it is juch an EASY fix! And an increased number of generals would probably be the main way to change it quickly. well... thats all i have to say about that...

the past few days i have seend alot of not proper language in the cc, it really needs to stop also with the jokes some are okay but they do get out of hands i dont want to say names but you know who you are. Also the gens activity has decreassed and i do know some people can't get on as much as others, you could make a cap or someone else a gen that seems be active and give it a try out. Also i've seen lots of disrespect in the cc i mean really treat everyone how you would want to be treated easy as that no need to diss people. Final there is a certain clan member (dont want to say who) who has been getting on lots of peoples nerves because of different things, such ass things i listed above. I hope this will become in considereation of helping our great clan.

well if i may say something it will be this.

The language has always been a problem. Honestly people should just ignore it. I know that dosent sound like much coming from me but its true. If its becuase of jokes that have been upseting people. Then tell those jokes to people who can handle them. And if you cant take a joke then you dont need to be telling any against someone else. But the increase in generals just becuase they are inactive is a bit rash. We always get out of hand when laws arent inforced. Lead example is the French Revolution. Once the king was dead there was an increase in murders, rape, theft. and almost a civil war if i am correct. The simple way to solve that is to just act as if one is there. then there may not be a problem.

Basiclly my conclusion is this and pardon if my language is vulgeristic:

If you can't take the heat then step back from the *illicit material* fire. And control yourselves. We are all over the age of 10 we dont need some to hold our hand the entire time. Act your age and there wont be any problems.

That is my opinion.

To be honest, im kinda seeing both sides here. On one hand, yeah, there is tooo much swearing, to the point that it is just plain ridiculous, Not to meantion any names...(rev).... On the other hand, I see what Hennet is saying. I mean, how old are we, if we can't take a simple joke. I can see how sometimes things can get a little offenseive, but it's all in good fun. Just as long as we know everyones boundries, there shouldnt be any problems.
