Title: To Change Or Not To Change?

Change ranking system to the following, or not?
Leader - General
Council - Captain
Warlord/Event Coordinator - Lieutenant
And you pretty much know the rest. People have been complaining about the change in ranks and having too many Captains or Generals in the Clan Chat. Tell me your thoughts, everyone and your reasons why you think that way.

You're still EC, but will be ranked as Lieutenant instead if everyone likes this sort of ranking system.

Hmmm I see no need for the change. I believe this since if there is only 1 person with the power to kick then what good is that if that 1 person can't be around the entire time. So basically your going to give the captin power to kick as well leaving us at the same spot that we are now. With all the gens being able to kick. plus if people are complaining about the ranks then they aren't really needing the change they jus want to have more people like them so they can try and feel as the same level with some of the more veteran members of Eh who deserve the higher ranks.

Meh, we could change it wouldn't bother me, but like Hennet was talking about we would need to change what ranks can kick.

because...
the leader needs absolute power in the cc and they shouldnt have to switch accs ( go on elite ) to kick a "Gen" it shows the leader is different from HC and ummm yeah thats pretty much it :( :P

i feel that the rans r ok as they r now. there shld b a limit to the no of gens n capts? unless its for those who deserve it ofcourse.
