Description of Board: For centuries, the war between the Lycans and the Vampires has raged all across the world. And for centuries, they have paid the price for it in their own blood, as well as the blood of innocent humans. Now, the war continues. In modern day Las Vegas, the Vampire Coven and Lycan Pack exist seemingly solely to destroy one another. No one questions the Elders, and much blood has been shed due to this war that no one seems able to explain. Why are they fighting? To many, it doesn't matter. To others... it does.

And now, unknown to either the Vampires or the Lycans, there is a secret Human Resistance movement working to destroy both races. Will the humans destroy the Immortals while they weaken each other? Or will the war continue as it has for centuries? And more importantly... which side will you be on when the end comes?

Description of Board:
Here, in the land of Brimstone, five races live together, although not entirely in harmony. Highest on the societal ladder are the witches and wizards who have the highest stature due to their magic. Directly beneath them are the vampires, lower if only due to the fact that they can come out only at night - the light weakens them and takes away the powers they possess. These two share the main town, some times existing peacefully and sometimes not; the wars in the past have tainted the haromy that currently reigns. But both equally exploit the shape-shifters and humans, who are the lowest classes. They are the slaves and enslaved, being the weakest of life forms in Brimstone. Humans are sold in the open to become servants and slaves, while Shifters are sold illegally to be used for fighting much like gladiators.

Outside of the town, another race rules. Anthros live in tribes in the surrounding wilderness and have little to no interest in the town-dwelling races. They will at times travel into town for sight-seeing or to get a thing or two but are greatly reclusive. They keep to themselves for the most part but are greatly defensive of the land that is theirs. On a very rare instance, a lucky witch, vamp or wizard hunter will snag an anthro and take them to the markets to be sold - they are wild and unique, making their prices a hefty bag of coins. they are also used in illegal fighting, but are not illegal to sell.


WIZARDS AND WITCHES
The highest ranking race. They are naturally powerful folk, although not in the physical sense. They have a large knowledge of magic and spells that vary among individuals as well as a proud history.

VAMPIRES
The next in rank. Vampires need blood to survive but do not need to kill their victim to get enough to be satisfied. They do not need to breathe but can still indulge in actions such as smoking. The sun scorches their skin so they cannot go out in it. Garlic and crosses are nothing up superstition and do not harm them. They heal quickly and cannot be done in by old age or sickness. They can die by being burned by fire or by the sun as well as by being decapitated, though, and even from starvation due to lack of blood. They do not have super strength (Like humans and witches it depends on the individual) but do have very good night vision.

ANTHROS
The anthros are not part of the town's society. They live out in the wilderness and keep to themselves most often. There are many possible variations of anthros, but the basic principle is that they have a human-like body with animal characteristics like fur, a tail, muzzle, animal ears, etc. As well as taking the appearance of the animal, they also keep their senses. For example, a cat anthro would have excellent night sight and would be quick and agile, like a cat.

SHIFTERS
One of the lowest ranks. Shifters had come to be after magical folk started to be cursed by more powerful witches and wizards. Because of their former status, it is illegal to sell them. But that does not stop the general population from doing it anyway. They are sold underground to be raised as gladiators by their masters. They do nothing more than fight for their masters. The best of the best are bred to repeat the whole cycle and keep business running. They have two shapes: human and animal. Nothing in between, although in human form they maintain the senses of their animal shape.

HUMANS
The lowest of the low. These are the servants of the higher classes and races. They can be used for a number of things, such as house cleaning or hard labor. They are legally sold in open markets, unlike shifters.

The year is 2008; The void over Cardiff is getting larger. And so is Torchwood. Expanding over the city to combat the growing numbers of Alien Activity. More and more Junk is falling from the skies, and Torchwood is still there. Cleaning up the Alien's Crap as it were. But something else is on the Torchwood Commanders collective minds.
