Personality Lupin use to be kind and compassionate person but this changed after the time war when he thought he was the only survivor and went into a bout of depression and became a colder person who cared less about his own life and started to take stupid risks to help others. With the years and from fighting in WW2 he started to come around and learned that life goes on and that he shouldn't throw his life away for something that he couldn't prevent and started to become the kind and open man he use to be.
Special Skills firearms expert, can speak a number of languages fluently and has a good memory of history.
History(At least 2 good paragraphs. And I mean Good!) Dimitry is a timelord and use to have a wife to be and a large family which he loved very dearly until the great time war that destroyed his home and everyone he loved. Though he survived the war by running away with hopes of others doing the same so they can live to fight another day. When he discovered there were no survivors (and had never heard of the Doctor's work by sheer coincidence) he didn't feel like he deserve to live and had began to take a disregard for his life and fought in Earth's WW2 on the side of the Allies mainly in Russia where if he died he would be just another member of the millions of the red army.
Though he had originally hoped to been killed or to have became a unknown war hero saving the lives of hundreds or something to make up for the losses in his like, he instead grew closer to the men in his unit and learned that the Humans, despite being in a war of the same magnitude to them as what the time war was to the Time lords, were able to continue to keep their hopes up and despite the greatest odds and thier even greater losses looked foward to the future of peace and prosperity. This changed Dimitry and started to change his mind from wanting to die. It was then that he decided to expand his horizons again and visited a couple other planets while keeping a low profile doing his best to avoid gathering too much attention. Apparently he did so well that he never knew that there was another Time lord running about and thier paths had never crossed once so far. Now he's going back to earth to the 21st century to see how the world managed after the years of war that he had witnessed first hand.
Role Play Sample Early morning, Stalingrad, Dec. 23 1942 the artilary roared and helped light the morning darkness of winter. Many of the soilders had crowded together into the remains of what use to be a small store. Dimitri woke up to the sounds of the explosions which had became so common to him and some of the others thats it acted as a notice that just because it was the day before christmas eve didn't mean that there would be any stop to the war. It turned out that he wasn't the first to wake up, there were a handfull of the soldiers already huddled by the fire chatting about what their families were doing by now over cups of alcohol and coffee to help keep wam. Dimitri seemed to be just another one of the guys but little did they know that he was not really a russian nor was he human. Infact, he was an alien one of the once proud timelords who had helped keep the balance of the universe in check and now were nomore and he was possibly the only survivor.
"Morning Comrads." He called to the others and stood next to the fire to listen to their stories and of their families that would send letters telling of the weather and how the rest of the family were doing while we were off at war. We kept talking even though we knew that in the next couple of hours we would have our orders to attack the germans once again.
