Shadow VS Ju-Cova-Naya

[Shadow]

Smiling, Shadow started to morph into his dragon form. He looked around and found a place to perch. Lifting off the ground and flying onto a ledge to a cave and awaited his opponent.

with a quick look around once she is through the portal, she pulls out her glaive with a spin before stopping it firmly and darting off into the undergrowth.

[Shadow]

Shadow watched her, every now an then she would disappear in the trees. He took flight and followed cautiously.

[ju-cova-naya]

she begins to make her trail zig zag purposely going through the thicker undergrowth, weaving through it with surprizing agility until she reaches a thorn patch. Slipping in between the branches, she settles herself into the thicket thinking to herself "wolf or dragon...." Her eyes scan her suroundings for a clue to her advesary.

[Shadow]

Shadow lost site, but still he looked for his opponent. He saw movement and fired upon it. Dark blue flames left his mouth scorching the trees below. 'Dang it,' he thought as he realized he just killed a deer that was grazing upon some grass. Yet he still continued to look, flying high up in the air.

[ju-cova-naya]

"hmm..." she replies to the sight of the dragon. "I would say my question is answered." She closes her eyes as her body begins to shift it's shape. Increasing in size as wings rip from her back. Tearing the thorn patch as her form grows to large for it. Before she is even fully formed she leaps into the air taking wing.

[Shadow]

Shadow saw the being rasing as she morphed. He grabbed her with his talons and swung. Then he followed after, fire raging out from the sides of his mouth.

as your talons sink in, you notice the scales haven't seemed to have hardened completely yet. Though, she seems to take the pain of the fire in stride as she tries desperately to gain control of her flight again. Letting loose her out breath weapon, though it's not of flames but of a thick acid.

[Shadow]

The acid wrapped around Shadow, he scales singing from the crosive burning. He took a deep breath, and his black flames ingulfed the other being as for himself to rid of the acid. His eyes were blazing with noticeable rage, he looked at her and said telepathically, "You will not be able to defeat me! I have come across all those who would like to destroy me. I know their tactics, and the threats that reside with in their powers. I can out menuver about anything that comes my way. You pitiful excuse for a shape shifter."

[ju-cova-naya]

she growls and rolls into a short dive away from the fire. "you just caught me off guard is all. I haven't had a decent opponent for some time." She spins to the side. "and if it's fire you like the play with... I will give you fire." She thrusts her wings with powerful downstrokes to gain air as quickly as possible, surprisingly fast for her forms size.

[Shadow]

"I can do other things besides just blow fire at you!" Shadow said once again with his mind. He started to take a deep breath and it appeared as if lightening was forming into his mouth. Then he released it. It was a ball of pure energy, and flew straight for the foe. "You see, I can do loads more!"

[ju-cova-naya]

*she piriotes(sp??) out of the way, barely missing the blast As her body erupts in flames* do you think I"m a one trick pony? *her neck shortens as feathers replace scale, as she continues to fly upwards*

[Shadow]

"Not a one trick pony, no never. But a pony that lies upon my fire for dinner maybe." Shadow knew the come back was lame but at least it would piss her off a bit.

her body burst into flames. And she looks down at you with an expression of.. *dude... that was.. just... no...*
