The Medium, secret sixth booster

Notes: This is just telling the story of the original Medium. Not much is known about her since she 'disappeared' during the war. This is derived from the collecting of all recounts from each empire.

3000 years ago, before the Dragon-Human war, there were humans who had an extraordinary gift. They were able to be in tune with the draconium energy in all living things. They were even able to talk to animals by way of thought and feeling their emotions. One such human was named Jenna. She was very wise for her age and was often called to different draconium empires to give advice to the emperors or settle a dispute between dragons or dragon and rider. Humans and dragons alike respected her.

During the Dragon-Human war, Sensitives, as they were called, were sought after by both sides. Once all the boosters had received their gauntlets, the dragons realized that even they needed help. So they went to find Jenna and make her the Medium.

Her armor was designed to channel mag energy to better protect herself and others. Also, because the dragons respected her wisdom, they made it resemble that of an elder's robes and at the same time show her beauty. Some say that it was her armor that attracted Armeggadonn to her.

While Jenna was fighting to stop the war, she was hunted down almost like the grey boned dragons. When Armeggadonn captured her, she was kept within a barrier of very strong black draconium energy. Knowing that absorbing all that energy at once would make her black out or worse, she absorbed it little by little. When she was able to break free, she got on her dragon and fled to a secret grove and hid her gauntlet. She then rejoined the fighting as a regular sensitive keeping the amulet that activated the gauntlet hoping a war like this would never break out again but if it did, she hoped one of her descendants would have the amulet to guide them to the gauntlet but only when the time came.

Not much is known about Jenna after the war ended. Some believed that she married the Shadow Booster after he trapped Armeggadonn in the Shadow Track. Others think she married another sensitive. Still others believe that she hid away due to the trauma of war never to be seen again. At any rate, it is still a mystery and until a new Medium is found, we will never know what really happened.

Please try not to double post your story. If you have finished one chapter, you must wait for another member to read and reply. You will be safe this way. After another member has replied (like I did), you can write another chapter. Also, do not type too fast. Like a few chapters within 10 minutes of each other. It is not right, and that last advice bought a warning to another member.

It is not a lecture from a 53 year old lady! It is just an advice. I am sure my co-author would agree with me. She has been on the forum far longer than me.
