To be or not to be Religeous...

I am a Not to be. Let me give you my views as why:

1 Now I am not saying Science is key to all. But, the bible litterally does not fit with any of it. If we supposedly evolved from Primates, then where is god creating a female out of a rib or a man out of sand? Seriously...c'mon now..


2 Why are there so many gods? If one go dcreated us, where did the others come from?

3 How do we really know there is a god? Do we see him when we leave the atmosphere? No..

4 If there was a god controlling our future, why do we have free will to choose NOT to follow him? If is as smart as he is supposed to be, we would not have free will.

5 How the hell was he living on the earth when it used to be a large ball fo fire, a star? It was not a planet yet, nor was it just darkness with nothing around.

6 Why were dinosuars created if one of the first things was human life? If you really think about it, Dinos would have to come BEFORE god, meaning he never created an earth. You see, it is all contradictory to what we have learned.

7 Haven't we always been told not to believe what we read?

Does this make sense to anyone? LoL

I am not trying to start fights..just get my point across. LoL

I'm a To Be...

1. God can do anything, including creating humans from sand

2. There is only one God

3. We know there really is a God from the Bible and experience. I've seen a lot of miracles, so I know God is real

4. He wants us to be happy and free, so he gives us free will

5. God doesn't live on Earth, he lives in Heaven

6. How the Hell would dinos come before God? God made them! He made them with all the other animals. When sin came into this world, dinos started eating people, so God took the people and animals away for a while (or at least that's what I read in a book... I'm not entirely sure)

7. Haven't we always been told to believe non-fiction?

By the way, I hate science. Why should I care about how things work and that kind of stuff? I just have faith in almost everything.

I am a NOT TO BE!!

1. How the hell could a living organism (us humans) be made out of an inanimate object, such as sand? Its a stupid idea!

2. If God created us, what created God? And what created the other Gods? Did God create the other Gods or did whatever created God create the other Gods? And if something created God then what created that? And what created that??

3. No one has ever seen God, so how could anyone know what God looks like? HELL; why do people say God is a 'he'? Its really sexist...and since no one has ever seen God, no one can say God is a male!

4. If God created us, even if he wanted us to have a free will, murderers and such should be punished, no?

5. There is no such places as Heaven and Hell. I mean, no one has ever been to Heaven or Hell, so there is no proof of their existence! So, if there is no Heaven, and God supposedly lives in Heaven, there is no God!

6. Adam and Eve were said to be the very first things God created, so how could dinosaurs and such come before us???

7. We've always been told not to believe what we read; most of the stuff in the Bible must be bull****! I mean, theres these tales of oh-so-fabulous people who claim they've seen God, BUT NOBODY HAS EVER SEEN GOD! One reason being; GOD DOESN'T EXIST!

Ok, she was half asleep when there was this bright light and a man spoke to her. He said something like, "Jesus is coming back soon."

And I feel like calling you all idiots, but I don't want to start fights. And RMC, you really offended me. God is not bull**** and neither is the bible.

Rest of my reply:

But I'll just make a few short statements.

1. God can do anything
2. Nothing created God, and he is the only one.
3. People have seen God, in dreams and visions, just not really a clear view... too much light.
4. Murderers are punished.
5. There is a Heaven and there is a Hell.
6. Adam and Eve weren't the first things created, they were the sixth. First was day and night, then the sky and clouds, then seas, earth, and plants, then stars and seasons, then sea and air animals. then earth creatures, including humans. On the seventh day (sunday) he rested.
7. The bible is all true.

I have many stories of how my prayers came true.
Once my cat was lost for about a week and I prayed. The next day she came back.
Another time it was raining, I prayed for the rain to stop, in aminute it stopped.
Also in the winter a goose (I have a lake in my neighborhood) had its leg stuck in the ice, so I prayed and in 5 minutes it was free.
And just a little while ago, I had writer's block for the longest time, so I prayed and the next day I started writing again.

What's your explanations for those, huh?

Ehem. I am not religious, and it annoys me to no end when people talk about their beliefs as if they are fact. I mean, sure, when I talk about Rara I don't say, "I believe shei said this," "I believe shei thinks this," etc. That would get annoying for everyone. But I don't push my beliefs on others and tell them exactly how everything works. Hate to tell you, Dagger, but I find people who believe something just because it was what they were raised to believe weak. I believe everyone should find what they believe on their own.

EDIT: Dagger, I will not openly challenge your beliefs or come up with other explanations for what happened when you prayed, because... well, maybe it was because of the praying. Now, I'm not Christian and I never will be, I can't stand it, but I'm not total atheist either. I think there is something else out there, I'm just not sure what, how many, or what they/it can do. But hey, I don't walk around saying "Save us from evil" in Latin just because it sounds nice (even though it does). I'm asking for something.
