A midnight walk through the woods, Blaken, and Myst go on a walk.

Blak moved past the empty playground. A small chill ran down his spine as the sound of the swing, creaking when it moved. He shook his head turning towards the lake, and the reflection of it's moon. He smiled, my how beautiful this site was. he turned back around hping he didn't leave Myst anywhere. He then reclined 'pon his haunches near the woods, as the reflection of the moon in the water glistened off.

He seemed to be caught by a daze, from the water. All his fears and hates seemed to just run off and all that was left, was happiness and love. He smirked towards himself turning back towards the direction he came from. He pushed himself back up to all fours and trotting back the way he came from, looking for Myst.

The minute day left and night began, all time seemed to have frozen to him. He watched the shadows waiting for Myst, tassel flickering from side to side. Some fears returned to him, as he wondered if she could have gotten hurt or maybe caught by the poacher. He growled to himself before reclined 'pon his haunches giving of a couple barks, into the quiet midnight air.

[Myst]

Easy movemnts carried the fragile frame across the concrete paved paths that the humans had placed as walkways in the park. Her claws made a gentle tip-tapping noise as they collided with the concrete. Her ears perked back, she could hear the steady flow of a water source, she hated that sound, it sent a shiver up her spine. She sighed lightly, shaking away the feelings and trying to find her way back to Blaken as she had taken a slight detour. A wide grin crossed her lips as she spotted her close friend, Blaken. She chuckled lightly as she thought of what to do, he must have been worried to actually call out to her with barks.

Myst quickly trotted up behind Blaken, pushing his back gently with her maw. She had circled around most of the park and managed to get behind him somehow. She smirked, barking back. "Miss me?" She said sarcastically. "Of course you did.." She answered her own question, still smirking. "Beautiful, huh? I always liked parks.. They are quite peacful.. 'Cept for them human pups.." She growled at the thought but shook it away. Quickly, she padded next to Blaken, still standing. Her tail had been flicking back and forth rappidly ever since she layed eyes on her friend, to her it seemed like they haven't seen each other in years, when in reality it was only a few minutes.

Her paw was still arched close to her chest, and indeed, it still hurt, but who said someone that was hurt couldn't have any fun? That would be like, unfair to Myst, as she is always up for fun. Her tongue rolled out of her mouth as she awaited Blaken's reply.

He looked at her and smirked. "Yeah it is." he smirk grew into a small grin as he reclined 'pon his haunches again. "And to answer you first question, yeah I missed you. Thought something happened to you." He smiled lightly gaze traveling away from her and towards the moon lit terrain. "Well, some on we came here to go to the forest for a little fun, and all we are doing is sitting." He gave her a small playful nudge on the shoulder, and pushed himself up into a standing position. His tassel flickered behind him as he pawed at the tip of her muzzle.

He waited for her to get up but soon traveled a little bit away from her going towards the fall forest type area. His head poked into the woods, as he looked around. Gaze traveling from tree to tree. He gave a small shrug turning back towards Myst, waiting for her and gave a small fake yawn. His tassel wagged gently behind him as he stretched his fore and hind legs.

[Myst]

"Hey, sitting is good for you. So you keep your little trap shut." She nodded twice and then stood. She trotted over to his side as fast as she could, trying not to stumble over her fragile paw. She blinked as she reached his side. Creamy brown eyes ran up and down him as he let out the fake yawn. "Nuh-uh, you didn't just do that." She shoved him lightly with her paw, "I'm not that slow." She chuckled lightly. "Com'mon, let's go Little Blaken." She smirked as she gazed to him. What a wonderful sight it was. Was she actually liking him as more that a friend? She was begining to think that she'd never know.

She gazed to the floor, trying to sort this out as quick as she can, and in a spilt second, it came to her. She'd try something, yet not make it that noticable. After all, Blaken had seen a side of her she hadn't shown anyone else. She smirked again, gazing back to Blaken, nudging his maw with hers, yet instead of just a nudge she gave him a light nuzzle. Quickly, she pulled away and winked at him. Her ears pinned back as she took to the woods, limping slightly. "Com'mon slow poke..!" She called back to him. "We don't have all day..!"

This was a way of somewhat showing Blaken that she might have a minor chush on him, then again, she could have fallen for him. One thing was for sure, she didn't know at the time being. Maybe she could just try to ignore it? Then again, how could she ignore her heart skipping beats? Okay, so maybe she had fallen for him. Atleast he didn't know...

He watched her then smiled and followed behind. " Fine be that way." He said then sped up catching up to her and nipping the tip of her floppy aud. He then passed her and stopped. "So who is the slow poke here?" He said smirking at her. He waited till she would get near then maybe pull a little trick of his own on her. Nah. That could wait. His tricks might hurt her more, and her surely didn't want that.

He waited a little longer and walked back to her side. He nudged her shoulder and flashed a small smile. “Well you can speed up any day now…” he then stopped. It just came to him right now she was calling him little. He wasn’t little, he was the same size like she was, maybe a bit taller. “Hey, you said you could call me little. I’m not little. If a dog was to call another little, you would be the little one.” Well that made him look stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid. He thought to himself, and saw her up ahead, and began to pad after her again.

He watched her, smiling. He felt close to her. He never felt this way to anyone, not his mother, and father. Not to the sister he had not to anyone. He smiled lightly to himself, as he took in every detail of her walking movements. He shook his maw lightly, snapping out of his small daze. He turned back up to her and padded up to her side.

[Myst]

She smirked lightly. "Pah. I'm not little.." She paused momentarilly, "I am the last from little.." She joked, standing rather tall, taller than normal. She slouched back to her normal height, giggling lightly. Her tail swished back and forth as she padded next to Blaken, a smile, as always, upon her maw. She nudged his sholder lightly and sat down, as if she wanted to tell him something.

'Oh God. Now I have to tell him.' She thought to herself, realizing what she just did. 'I guess it is for the best.. I mean, he needs to know..' She sighed lightly, preparing herself to tell him how she felt. All the things that she secretly rehearsed in her mind were finally going to be spoken. She sighed again, sorting it out, word by word, one last time. She inhaled loudly, gazing to the floor.

"Blaken, Blaken, Blaken, we've known each other for a long time, right? Well, maybe not that long, but long enough. We know a lot about each other, yet I want more. I can't believe how greedy I can get sometimes, but I guess you are too much." She paused and smirked, "I've been thinking about what you've told me a while ago... How you think you mught like me more than a friend? Well, I wanted to tell you that I think I like you as more than a friend too. I hope I am not missreading this feeling, yet I doubt I am. What fool couldn't fall for you? I mean, you are kind, funny, and you actually care." She paused again, her gaze not straying from the floor. "I just wanted to let you know. After all, you should know." She nodded and turned around.

She didn't want to be laughed at. Even though he had already said that he liked her, it was just awkward saying this. It was too much, and now she regretted saying it, but what is done is done. She glanced over her sholder to see if he was laughing.

He felt her nudge and turned towards her. He cocked his head to the side for a minute then reclined ‘pon his haunches in front of her. He listened to her carefully. He smirked at her, once she finished and pushed himself up to all fours. “Myst, you know what, I know I aren’t thinking that I know that I really like you.” he watched her for another minute and walked over closer to her. He bent his muzzle a little lower and nuzzled her neck. He looked back to her smiling. “Dunno, why anyone wouldn’t like you either.” he said and nudged her gently. He looked away from her and towards the sky. He smiled and looked to her again. “ You know lets get back to the Dens. It’s really late, and I am rather sleepy.”

[Myst]

Myst smirked lighly, smiling back towards him. She gazed up to the sky, her tail flicking back and forth excitedly. She really enjoyed her time with Blaken and didn't want to spend it with anyone else. She stood up, turning and flicking her tail against Blaken. "Yes. Let's get back to them dens." She nodded and continued after a long pause, "And if you'd like... You can accompany me in the Alpha Dens." She nodded again, "I'd enjoy someone there for a change.." She smirked and nudged him. "Com'mon.." She said playfully then bounced into the distance. "Keep up Blaken!" She called back to him, stopping.

Her tail was wagging furiously now and she had no problem showing it; She felt that whatever she wanted to tell Blaken, he'd keep to himself if wanted, and if he was told to tell someone, she figured he'd do that too. She sighed contently at the thought. A worthy friend, and maybe soon, something more than a friend.

He watched her run, and groaned lighty. Running. Why does it always have to be running. Why cant it be jogging, or walking. He sighed and picked up his feet. One by one he began to trot, and his trot soon turned into a sprint. He followed behind her, smiling lightly. His tassel wagged lighty, as he caught up to her and nipped her aud. "Well lets hurry up. You know you are the slow one here." he said smiling and trotting 'round her and soon bounding off again.

He felt happy, excited, and well happy. He found himself a home, a friend or maybe something more. He stopped, waiting for her. He yawned again, this time for real. He had gotten rather tierd. He ran so much around and didn't rest at all. He waited for her, soon trotting slowly.

[Myst]

Myst picked up pace as she saw Blaken trott around her and then infront of her. She smirked lightly, as well as let out a short sigh. She slowed her pace as she reached the side of Blaken and trotted next to him, her fur almost rubbing up against his. She flicked her tail back flicking him lightly.

"Wow Blaken, I've never seen you tired before." She giggled lightly, nudging him again. "Yes, pick up your pace.. I'm tired too." She quickened, "The faster you go, the faster you get there." She nodded knowingly.

-I have to go do homework then ride bikes with a friend.. BD-

[klaud]

He looked towards her and smiled lightly. "Well the faster I go the faster i will fall to the ground." he smiled to her then pushed her gently speeding up. "Well I thought you said hurry up, lets have a race towards the dens." He said smiling he turned back forward and found himself crashing into a trash can. He got up quickly, smirking, in an embarrassed way. " I'm.. I'm okay."
