You know how this goes.
Basically. Dub a picture. Digimon, non-digimon, whatever. Doesn't matter. Any picture. Dub it. Caption it. Funniest one wins. Winner posts a pic and judges the next, so on, so forth.
S'how we roll.
Rule is three dubs (at least) per pic before judging. If no judgment is made within three days of the last dub being posted, I'll come in to judge. If nobody posts after three days and there are under three dubs, the previous winner can re-roll and choose a different pic.
Judgment may be passed whenever the original pic-poster wishes to after three dubs have been posted.
The pic-poster may also dub as well, but not be viable to win a successive time.
Dubs can be as short or as long as is necessary. Caption may be by a narrator, or by characters, as if they were talking. Be sure to determine who's who if you're speaking as multiple characters.

If 100% and definitely necessary, picture responses with appropriate captions may be added.
However, should it be 99% and somewhat necessary, you forever suck and I'll strike thee down from the DTB thread for at least a page. I'm being serious right now.
