After looking at a couple of other character applications I can't help but feel I should probably fill out his history a bit more but hopefully that sums it up enough for now. Any problems let me know and I'll be more than happy to fix it. Thanks for your time [=

Edit: Alright I've beefed it up a bit like you said. I added as much as I could come up with in a day to the history and I added more detail to the sample. I was just gonna do a new one but I couldn't come up with anything better. Thanks for the feedback.

History: Shea was born the fourth son to Irish immigrants Fergus and Jane Murphy on April eighth of their third year stateside. Life was not always easy for the Murphy family, Shea’s father being a simple rock breaker for a living and his mother taking care of four boys, a feat made no easier by boys that never seemed to stop fighting. The eldest of Shea’s brothers are the twins Gorge and Thomas at the age of twenty two, growing up these two had a true knack for goading their younger brothers into confrontations. Then comes Brian at the age of nineteen who seemed to see Shea’s very existence as a chance to treat someone the way the twins treated him. And thus being youngest Shea quickly learned the brotherly bonding usually consisted of a fist to the jaw and a kidney shot.

While growing up Shea often found himself living in hand-me-downs and getting stuck with cold showers but as he’s gotten older he has come to think he wouldn’t change a thing. For regardless of what trouble the boys go into or how much they fought they always had each others’ backs when it counted. And regardless of how little they sometimes had or how many punches were thrown they were good boys at heart that were taught core values such family comes first and that true friends are as good as family, to never let someone push you around, and that it’s always best to speak one’s mind.


RP Sample: A groan escaped the throat of the teenage boy as he awoke from his stint in the world that is the unconscious, head spinning as he lay there before finally brining himself to sit upright and went about lighting a cigarette as if it would fix all problems.

Shea took a drag and breathed deep before removing the cancer stick from his lips and had a single moment of contentment before it finally dawned on him that he was no longer in the city he’d known so well for so long, instead finding himself seated in the middle of a damp clearing surrounded by huge pine trees that would make a mac truck look tiny. Stunned, smoke drifted from his gaping mouth. Great. Either he was still unconscious or he was hallucinating.

Taking another puff on the cigarette he looked down at himself and sighed. He still wore his faded green t-shirt, old jeans, and the ratty pair of work boots that had once belonged to his father. Double great, if he was imagining things his imagination sucked. And with that thought Shea climbed up to his own two feet and ran a hand through his short copper colored hair as if to check for bumps and cuts but upon finding none he scratched that stubble on his chin as if in thought.

“Ah you’re awake! It’s about time, I was starting to think you were dead.” It was a squeaky voice and it made Shea cringe at first and then he laid his eyes on the small creature that stood about thigh high on him. It looked like a small humanoid cat creature with red fur and a tuft of orange hair on it’s chest.

“What in the name of Odin’s lucky boxer shorts are you??” Shea questioned whirling around with the burning cigarette dangling from his lips as he eyed the creature, a hint of irish drawl mixed in with otherwise very American accent. Maybe his imagination was better than he thought.

ok, so bare with me, my first time accepting/denying somebody XD;

I think its good, I Like Shea, really do.My characters also Irish on the site so I relate alot to him ^^. Beef up his history and rp sample a bit and I think hes good to go ^^. Word of warning though, mind the swearing XD; just a formality warning, I don't think he swears overly ^^.

I've updated my application. Just replaced the sections that needed work with the new ones. Hope it is satisfactory.
