Azreal Picked up the plushie and money and left to go put the plushie in his room. The next morning he was back and entered the machine. This time the machine made the battlefield into they sky complete with fluffy white clouds. This would be interesting he thought.

Somthing seemed off the battle was about to begin yet he had not seen his opponent. Ah he thought that it is probly on the other side of that cloud. "10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Begin" Azreal got Pico Darts ready for when the opponent came through the cloud that seperated them.

As the cloud parted, it revealed....nothing.

"Well, that was a bit of a let down wasn't it?" a voice said from above. Giving the Pico Devimon no time to react at all, the same voice suddenly swooped down on him, executing a Loop the Hawk attack, slashing at the pico devimon with its talons, hoping to gouge at the little devils back. The attack could hit or miss, it seemed more something to start the food or freak out the little devil.

What flew past him was a streak of red, the Back of Hawkmon, smug in its attack, flying speedily past him. He flew like a jet, though not as fast of course, flying then doing a small loop then turning around. "Fight me! lets see what your made of!"

"Well, that was a bit of a letdown wasn't it?" a voice said from above. Areal shivered for a moment he didn’t think that the machine would start his opponent anywhere but in front of him. That mistake could have cost him dearly on the real battle field. Once you start diving it is hardest to hit something that moves side to side so that is my best option for now Areal thought. Azreal fluttered in circles hoping the Hawkmon would miss.

Azreal waited for the Hawkmon to come to about his level before shouting “Pico Darts”. This attack seemed to work on the Guilmon that was his last opponent but everyone is different and he can’t expect his signature move to always work. “This is a pleasant surprise my last opponent just growled and didn’t talk.” Azreal said waiting to see how Hawkmon reacted.

The hawkmon frowned when he didn't feel the Demi-devimons back connect. Once he saw the dart's launched at him he span out, avoiding the darts. "Well now not all of us computer programs are as simple, some of us like to talk" he said, floating in mid air with his wings crossed, looking rather smug. "I hope you can handle My advanced protocols and tactics" he said, laughing aloud. "And wow I feel so embarrassed saying that" he said, grinning.

"Feather strike!" the hawkmon cried, flinging the buzz-saw boomerang feather at the Demi devimon, hoping to nick it in the least Was he expecting to win this with a few simple moves? Of course not, that was foolish. No he'd make this little devil sweat for the win, even if that meant endangering its life. "Cmon cmon, pick up the pace, Lets see just how strong you really are..."

“I’m starting to like you. Your humor helps break up the tense atmosphere.” Azreal said with a smile. "Feather strike!" the Hawkmon cried, flinging the buzz-saw boomerang feather at Azreal. Counter or dodge this could be tricky Azreal thought. If I dodge the boomerang could hit me from behind but if I block it would be harder to counter attack.

“Bat Flutter” Azreal said hitting the boomerang downwards flipping himself in the process. While he was upside-down he said “Pico Darts” and flung a syringe at Hawkmon. As Azreal got back into a normal position he said “How do you like that for picking up the pace?”

"Well I do my best" the avian said, laughing with delight. it had been awhile since this particular program had a battle, and eh was enjoying it to the max. Even if he had just got a dart stuck on his leg! ....Wait....Dart stuck in his leg? DART STUCK IN HIS LEG! he yanked it out as soon as he realized what had happened. but the action was in vain, for he immediately felt light headed from the effect of the dart. He had to shake it off ro else he'd be in worse shape.

The little devil couldn't fly very fast could he? Thinking that might be the case he did a loop, flying very fast at the Pico Devimon. Using a Loop the Hawk attack he swooped down upon the pico devimon, trying to get in his face and mar him with his talons. This attack had to hit, it just had too.

Azreal cackled a little as the dart struck home. He was surprised it took so long for the Hawkmon to realize that a dart was in his leg. He watched as the opponent struggled to get the thing out of his leg. Azreal observed Hawkmon looked a little light headed when he got ready to attack.

The Hawkmon did a loop the hawk attack to charge straight at Azreal. He knew with his speed he wouldn’t be able to dodge the Hawkmon’s attack in time. He tought of two things get hit or counter attack. He would rather counter attack then get hit. “Bat Flutter” Azreal said as he got ready to intercept the attack.

As the bird flew into the little bat digimon it reacted with an attack, slicing along the belly of the hawkmon. This however, while damaging, angered the hawkmon a bit. He twirled in the close proximity of the bat to break away, flying back and wincing with the pain. "Your no slouch, I like that. unfortunately my like of you only goes so far" he said, chuckling and still wincing.

He once again plucked his razor sharp feather from his headband, giving it a lick for luck then hurling it with all his strength. He watched the little buzzsaw disc make its way toward the little bat digimon. He'd hope he finally would get a hit, i mean he'd been foiled three times in a row, he had to hit sometime.
