I got this funny idea tonight while I was at work. XD A sort of 'what if' idea in a sense. If anyone's heard of Tokyo Mew Mew, it's basically like Sailor Moon only with animals. That got me to thinking: What if some of the cast of Digi-D got roped into something like that?

This is the end result. XD

I discuss the idea over with Lost and got some fun ideas form her too. Basically there would be seven girls chosen to be what we'd call the "Digital Mew Mews". Special warriors with the abilities and powers of mythical animals (and some based off Digimon) to fight evil monsters who are invading our world in the hopes of merging their dying world with the real one.

I've also added in Zack and Cyrus as allies of the girls. Zack being the one who brings the girls together to help them discover their potential as the heroes of their world and guide them on their missions.

Insomnia would (of course) be the main villain of this, with the likes of Zander, Kyra, and Barty as her lackeys. XD

Losty gave me the idea to pursue this whole thing as a fanfic. That might not be a bad idea actually. What do you guys think? ^^

Yep, that's all of them to date. However, I have something planned in the storyline for several of them. With twists and turns already in mind for the story. ^^

Tomorrow I'll post more information on the story and maybe even a preview of the first chapter. But for now, I need my sleep ~.~

- Zackary Knight, the young man who helps lead the Chosen Girls on their mission to protect their world from the invading menace of the digital monsters.

- Cyrus Black, an assistant to both Zackary and the Chosen Girls. Often acting as the more insightful, yet soft spoken voice of wisdom to them.

- Insomnia, the main villain. She has already taken over the Digital World, but it's begun to die. In an effort to secure her rule, she's send out her army to lay claim over our world in the hopes of merging both worlds and ruling them both!

- If you guys don't know who this is then...well works in my favor. XD His name will be revealed in the upcoming story.

Unfortunately Tek Tek seemed to stop working with me after making Insomnia. x.x I'll get to the others later. For now, I'll give you guys a sneak preview of what I have in store story wise. ^^



"How did I get into this?"

Now really wasn't a good time to be questioning the logic of the situation. But you had to admit, if anyone else had been in her shoes they'd be wondering the exact same thing.

Earlier today she was leading her average, everyday life. Nothing out of the ordinary and nothing that made her too special. She was just an average girl, yet another face in the crowd of citizens that made up the city she lived in. That all came to a grinding halt all thanks to one person.

Now, she was left up against a wall...literally. She was between a wall and a less-than hard place. Lexi felt her skin crawl, she couldn't even look at that thing without getting those god-awful chills. She would end up loosing her nerve if something wasn't done. That thing had to be stopped.

"Lexi, calm down."

She heard the voice coming through her bracelet. "Zack, what am I suppose to do? I can't fight that monster!" It was obvious she had no idea what she was suppose to do. She was starting to panic.

On the other end of the comm link the boy's voice remained calm and clear. "Lexi, you're not alone in this. Don't think that you'll be left to face this on your own.

Your tekteks are cute ^^ Each one coordinates very well, not always an easy task. I've heard of the series though I'm not all that familiar with it. I look forward to seeing more of the fic.
