(because im yet again having issues with my anti virus and DB im starting up this thread to do some more character developemont and hope some one will join me)

Sean gazed at his partner who had already been in two battles, givving him an concerned look. He seems ok Sean thought setting the feild on the training room, meaning to type in a stone villige. he was typeing absent mindedly so he instead entered STALINGRAD.

As the pair entered the room they did a double take, instead of a stone village in an grassy plain they were confronted by bomb weathered buildings some on fire, gray skys, thousands of dead russian soldiers and plumes of smoke from burning buildings and smokeing macinery. They walked around the street trying to avoid the sight of the dead soldiers, but it was impossible. the bodies of the dead were either stabed, shot, or burned to death dried pools of blood coming from mounds of dead soldeirs. The blood of the soldiers was dry indicating that this slaughter had occured acouple days ago. The cawing of the ravens spooked Sean as he observed one pecking at a dead soldier.

Sean stumbled to a railing overlooking a river going through Stalingrad, he leaned on the railing pale and panting. "this isnt what I typed in, i was supposed to type a stone village not this" he said covering his face with his hands. Tyerel patted Sean on the back and said "its ok now, i know it looks bad but you gotta pull through on this ok?"

Sean nodded and waited for someone, or something to show up

(yes i kinda modled this idea after garenthis's fallout, but i dicided to do something a little different)

"I always thought you liked those little vegetables?" Ryu said curiously as Rayner opened the door, which was currently situated on the side of one of the slave bunkers, and stood aside for his partners to enter. Then, as he closed the dor and looked around, his eyes lit went wide.

Miuki giggled, not yet noticing as she was engaged in a very interesting conversation, or at least it seemed interesting to her, "You mean turnips? Nah, not really. They cause.. problems." Miuki giggled again, causing Ryu ot wonder just what she was talking about. HE wasn't very modest at all.

Rayner, however was becming increasingly cautious about whoever choose this site. He had taken plenty of history courses, and this wasn't the place to be, especially if the training arena did Stalingrad any justice.

Seeing someone nearby, Rayner started walking towards him and his partner, which made Miuki and Ryu finally look away from each other and notice the surroundings. The scent in the air disturbed Miuki especially, with her keen sense of smell.

"Umm, hi." Rayner said as he approached the other team, "Listen, I don't know what you're into, but this goes kinda beyond the range of weird." he said, looking the boy over.

sean bigley - March 26, 2010 11:32 PM (GMT)
Sean's head rose to the other boys voice, he straitend up and rubbed his eyes with his arm and bowed. "F-Forgive me, this was not my intention, i intended to type something else in but this is what appeared" Sean stammerd trying to show all the apollogy he could muster still in shock from the surroundings.

Tyerel looked confused by both the tamers expressions, he looked up to the other boy and said "why so serious, is this place bad luck or something?"

(you could post again or we could find a mod)

Zander Steele - March 27, 2010 02:01 AM (GMT)
"Hmm." Rayner said thoughtfully. He did seem like he didn't meant it after all, and this was a terribly disturbing place to actually set as a battlefield, even for someone who was disturbed in the head, "Alright, fair enough. The training field can be glitchy at times I've heard. I'm Rayner Steele, by the way, and this is Ryu and Miuki" Rayner said, introducing his partners, who were still looking around at the ruins.

At the Gomamon's question, Rayner merely stated, " It's a camp for killing people en masse. Germans from our world captured and killed people here, burning them alive or shooting them, and even working them to death." Rayner shivered a bit, clearly disgusted.

sean bigley - March 27, 2010 03:08 AM (GMT)
Sean looked around at the russian city in shambles, it looked like it could barely stand the wind. "I set it up for tamer tag team, so weres the hologram?" Sean asked expecting a building to explode at any time at all.

Tyerel looked at the dead russian soldiers, carefully inspecting the gortuitis scenes of death. "Looks like a war went on here, hope the digimon we fight isnt too big or we might have to worry about buildings falling on us" Tyerel said glancing around carefully

(now your on gach, and by the way zander, did you think we were in a german death camp? if so its not its one of the towns germany conquered on their conquest to russia)

Gachapon - March 27, 2010 09:12 AM (GMT)
((I know nothing about WWII, so I'll leave the war stuff to you guys. No taking advantage of the surroundings like meat shields out of nowhere though XD))

click click click click

The first two clicks were loud in the abandoned camp, as two soldiers emerged from the horizon. They held guns within their hands, helmets strapped securely on their heads. The only thing was that they were kind of short for army men, leading to the conclusion that they simply couldn't be anything else besides Digimon, namely the holograms the machines were good at creating.

Commandramon [A] and Commandramon [B] headed towards Tyerel, the safety on their guns pulled back to ready their firearms for attack. Without further warning, Commandramon [A] pulled the trigger on his gun, firing a blast of bullets at the Gomamon. The second gripped a grenade within his hands, hurling it towards the aquatic mammal; their attacks were timed to allow both attacks to meet at the same time, the grenade exploding to send splinters of almost everything towards the Child-levelled Digimon.

Meanwhile, from the other side, a Gatling gun swiveled around. The target was none other than Ryu, and soon bursts of bullets were aimed at the creature. Once again, it was done all without any sort of warning. After all, they were Digimon belonging to an army, and there was no sort of honorable thing lurking within their hearts - well, they were trained to fight, fight and fight without emotions at the end of the day ... until the last fragment of data disappeared from their body.

The fourth click? Now, that was slightly confusing if one took each click to be coming from one Digimon - that could only mean that there was a fourth Digimon lurking around. Indeed, one was in the form of a stealthy and strong Sealsdramon. Its monoeye locked on the Renamon present, revealing data on her and her attacks. A Digimon like it was severely handicapped against a creature like her, what with her long-ranged attacks and speed, but it felt - could it even? - as if it could take the risk and wait for her to attack him first.

Zander Steele - March 28, 2010 01:44 AM (GMT)
(I know that, but I couldn't just let Rayner automatically guess it. He's not a history wiz xD I was hoping someone might correct him ^^;

Did mess up on my wording a little bit though, but fixed.)

Rayner looked a bit confused as he noticed the bodies weren't German, "Hmm, maybe I've got my locations wrong...."

Rayner first heard a click, then a flash as his head turned towards the sound. It wasn't enough time to notice the first shots though, and as they rang out and flew towards Ryu, Rayner's only inclination was to run to the right, "Look out!"

Ryu wasn't very fortunate with this. The Perfect-level bullets flew, dug into his back armor, then into his skin before findign their way out. The startled look was painful to see, though not unexpected, and Ryu was knocked off of his feet.

Gasping, Miuki meant to rush for Ryu to help, but was stopped by the bullets flying at the Gomamon and crouched, leaping high into the air and onto a nearby building o nall fours, claws extended. It wouldn't do any good to get herself killed in the crossfire, and she had been in a serious firefight once before. Her eyes adjusted ot the sudden bright flashes of gunfire, and she waited to see if the Gomamon could handle the Commandramon attacking him.

Ryu dragged himself to his feet, feeling the stinging pain of bullet holes but not much else. He was becoming cold, the damage so sudden and immense. What was going ot happen? He saw Rayner dropped down on the groupd behind some sort of obstacle protecting him from the bullets, and that was comforting for him. Staggering quickly forward, he said, "Rayner... A little help?"

Why were they being fired upon without so much as a warning? Was this really how the training field was programmed? Things had to be logical to Rayner to make sense, and this clearly didn't make sense. His Digisoul had flared the moment his heart had started racing, but now it was turning the dazzling white it was supposed to be as he brought in memories that he needed to activate it.

As Ryu struggled to come closr and speak, Rayner nodded and said, "Digisoul, Charge!" as he placed his Digisoul to his Digivice, thus transferring the energy to Ryu in the process.

"Ah, shinka!" Ryu said, with no need ot be stealthy any longer given what was about ot happen.. the small lizard grew, evolved, and became a much larger one which towered over Rayner and most of the smaller structures i nthe area. The bulletholes which had damaged the Ryuudamon before now showed as simple owunds, but the damage was still pretty intense. With a more concentrated look in his eyes, the Growmon X sprinted i nthe directions the bullets were coming from, zig-zagging to avoid another round of pain as he started to get closer to the Digimon responsible.

sean bigley - March 28, 2010 04:11 AM (GMT)
Tyerel was late to hear the clicks but he did hear the gunshots and lept away instinctively twoards Sean, while he dodged the bullets he did not entirely dodge the explosion of the grenade. Tyerels jump carried him over the rail were Sean was standing in front of and into the freezing water. "Tyerel!" Sean cried seeing the gigantic splash, he wheeled on the spot and bolted twoard the other boy. "I see at least two, are there any more?"

When Tyerel hit the water he expected frigid water, yet shockingly it was a pleasing temperature to him. He realized that this water was cold, but he after all was an arctic digimon so he had a tolerence of cold. During the fight he thought he saw one of the other digimon try to help him, he became slightly worried for the other digimon, he did not know how many digimon there were. He summoned as many fish as he could and then sunk to the bottomof the river, deceptively deep. Then with all his strength he shot back twoards the direction he flew from and shot upwards his fishy friends following him. As he reached the pinacle of his jump he saw the other two digimon and claped his fins together, aiming at the two identicle digimon. The fish shot at the two digimon momentum increasing their pummeling power.

Sean analyzed the two soldier like digimon and the name COMMANDRAMON came up. "a basic soldier, nothing to bash though, i hate guns" Sean mutterd. When he heard another splash he looked ovr and saw Tyerel, his fish army in tow.

Department Store Santa - April 1, 2010 11:32 AM (GMT)
Commandramon [A] was quick; in a second's notice he was already on his feet, rolling away from the fishes. His clawed hand clamped over the trigger, squeezing it to release a hail of bullets towards the Gomamon. His partner too, replaced the second grenade he had pulled out back where it came from, choosing to draw his gun and fire. Both of them cried out in unison, "M16 Assassin!" The sounds of gunfire echoed throughout the battlefield, only to be followed up by another one - more menacing.

Tankdramon was wasting no time where he was. Despite his apparent lack of mobility, his guns were quick, and they quickly targeted the incoming Growmon with ease. Bellowing the attack's name over the roar of the guns, the machine Digimon fired off rounds after rounds of bullets from his Gatling gun, while his treads gently rolled back to place some distance between them both. Any closer, and his fighting abilities would be hampered.

There was a sudden flash, for an item had caught the light from the dim, cold sunlight. The Sealsdramon had drawn its dagger, holding it high before its head. Muttering something to itself, the assassin vanished in a burst of speed, before trying to assault Miuki with his carefully aimed dagger.

Zander Steele - April 2, 2010 05:43 PM (GMT)
The bulk of Growmon X wasn't fast enough to close the gap before the bullets flew at him again, stepping with his left, Ryu took a giant leap and grappled with his other foot onto the side of a nearby building. Ryu used the momentum of his charge to travel on the wall for two more steps before his weight caught up with gravity. As the Blast Gatling neared, Ryu sprang from the building's already crumbling surface and arched over the stream of death , landing on the other side of the street, large claws dug into another buildin partially collapsed from some sort of explosive weapon.

Miuki was far too gone to notice anyone pulling a knife on her. This was her first real battle in a long time, and especially not against opponents wih guns. Her bright green eyes surveyed the Commandramon and prepared to help when she felt the fur on her neck and her chest fluff stiffen, and she gasped and turned only to have her shoulder cut into by a flash of metal.

She screamed and lost her balance, falling off of the building she was on. And landin hard in the dirty street. The pain was familiar, but the Renamon had a breifly glimpse of remembrance just to tell her that she was getting rusty in the fighting department.

Sean Bigley - April 2, 2010 06:21 PM (GMT)
Sean diddnt need anyone to tell him that he and the other boy were losing, they were fighting a three front war and losing. Sean had to take out at at least one commandramon fast, he swiped two cards hoping this combo would do some massive damage to at least one of the soldier digimon.

A giant chess rook apeared in Tyerel's hand as he began to fall towards the soldier digimon. He also fired a stream at neon energy at one hopeing to stun it lopng enough for him to crish it with the momentum from the drop. Sure enough after the blast he began to fall like a meteor at the commandramon he aimed at. he met the oncoming bullets as well as he could. He got shot in the fin once after that just grazes and minor bullet wounds.

Sean looked around in time to see one of the other digimon, Renamon his D-ban read, had been knocked to the ground hard. Sean looked around crefully looking for her assailent. when he couldn't find it he ran forward to see if the renamon was alright, two cards in his hands ready to swipe in case whatever attacked her came after him.

Hideyoshi Mina - April 21, 2010 07:46 AM (GMT)
[ Wow, I feel nervous. Lol. If I make any mistakes, Zander, don't hesitate to tell me! ]

The Tankdramon mischievously chased the Ryuudamon with bullets not directly aimed at him; it was a tactic used to lead the opponent to where one wished and, in this case, to the spot where Ryu stopped.

Commandramon (B) took over the Tankdramon's duties from there and headed to a well-covered area where he could open fire upon the foe. Instead of using his gun, the child-level Digimon chucked one of his grenades towards Ryu.

"DCD Bomb," he cried.

Commandramon [A], unfortunately, had barely managed to dodge the large battering ram and ended up getting his tail stuck underneath it. The Gomamon target had certainly dealt the creature a great deal of damage, but the threat remained all the same. Or at least, half a threat: in the chaos to save his own life, the Commandramon's gun had slipped out of his hand. The best he could do, for now, was toss a bomb towards the human and the allied Digimon the kid was now protecting.

Sealsdramon was a different threat altogether. The Renamon had been severely injured and it was now the Gomamon's turn. As he stood in his position, the monocle-scanner analyzed his own allies' situations: Tankdramon was steadily making his way around the city to better "round up" the tamers and their partners; Commandramon [B] had now taken cover behind a bunch of rubble and was opening fire with its M16 Assassin upon Ryu; Commandramon [A] was still doing his best to recover his weapon.

This information was useful to assess the battlefield and possible strategies. The Sealsdramon glanced at the Gomamon, but instead turned his attention to the older tamer who appeared more experienced. Swiftly, Sealsdramon disappeared among the chaos and reappeared minutes later with a silent attack from behind upon Rayner. He had carefully analyzed the boy for weak spots and chosen the best option was to come up on his blind side.

Zander Steele - April 25, 2010 05:47 AM (GMT)
It would prove ot be a mistake to have tried to take cover, as Rayner would find out as he was about to be attacked without warning. However, a furry body pushed him out of his kneeling position and took the attack for him, another squeal of pain letting loose from Miuki's lips as she started to stand and quickly take on the assailant. Sure, her and Ryu took some bad hits at the start, but it wouldn't be nothing for Rayner ot fix that later. Besides, this was the momment to show Rayner how well she could fight. Cuts on her shoulder and back now tinged dark red in her silver fur, but she still stood up and lashed out with a kick towards the Sealsdramon.

Ryu sprang again as the bullets reaimed at his position, taking several shots as he neared closer to the living tank that was assaulting him. He had leapt to another building, hen down o the ground before he started springing, trying to strafe the Tankdramon even though he didn't know its full capabilities. At once point, he slowed and inhaled, reathing out a stream of hot plasma fire at the metal Digimon.

Rohirim - April 25, 2010 05:39 PM (GMT)
Sean wheeled on the spot when he saw the silver renamon dash past him. He swiped a card which made the digimon behind rayner, which had attacked him but hit the renamon, freeze almost garunteeing the hit for the silver fox digimon. he turned again in time to see Tyerel get blasted back by a grenade from run over to him and knock a grenade which would've blown up near Sean out of the way.

Tyerel sighed and looked at Sean, "we need to finish this clown up yea?" he asked looking at the Comandramoin who's tail he had crushed.

"Time for our usuall combo bud" Sean said swipeing another card which gave Tyerel wings, a bow, and three arrows.

Tyerel nodded wearily, the cards were begining to were on him, "Lets get it done" he said springing into the air. He notched an arrow into his bow and shot at the commandramon who had lost his gun. then he flew over into the river and waited begining to summon a lot of fish.

Sean on the other hand was more focused on the Sealsdramon (who he had identified with his D-ban) and ran over to the other boy whos digimon had saved his life. "is there anything i can do?" he asked surveying the three part battle .

The Sealsdramon may have been frozen physically, but his special eye was not. It zoomed in on the tamer who had swiped the card to freeze him and evaluated that the best strategy would be to go after either tamer.

The Tankmon, on the other hand, was still attempting to move along and fire in close, yet not entirely spontaneous areas of the city so as to group them all closer. If he could feel, it's possible that he would be greatly irritated for the inability to use his ultimate attack. And then it came: the little buster he was trying to attack with his previous shots seemed to fly out of nowhere and attack the tank with a ball of fire. This caused the Digimon to howl, though it did little more than anger it--providing it could be angered, that is. In a moment of pure retaliation, the Tankmon decided to turn his focus upon the battle at hand and aimed his cannon straight for the run that had blasted him. Several bullets were let loose and followed the foe's body until it was, unfortunately, out of range of the Tankdramon.

On the other hand, the Commandramon [A] was still trying desperately to reach his gun before the Gomamon could attack him. How could that little thing even use a bow and arrow? That would have been his curious thought if the poor thing had any curiosity to fit between the pain and the primary task of getting his gun. The tips of his claws had almost reached it before the first sharp arrow shot into his back. A shriek of pain escaped the reptilian Digimon and he could no longer summon together as much strength to reach for his gun. He growled and snarled, trying to claw out the arrow, but it was out of his reach. In a last ditch effort, the creature let out a painful growl, sprung his aching body forward to his gun, and armed himself. Unfortunately, he couldn't do much more than that because the arrow tortured him further when he tried to turn around.

Commandramon (B) hopped up from his hiding place as soon as he identified that everyone was huddled around the tamers. He jumped up, took off across the clearing, and dove into a building where he could fire from a window and take cover if needed. It was in this little area that he set himself up and tossed a DMC Bomb towards the tamers crowded around the injured Digimon.

Zander Steele - May 6, 2010 05:30 AM (GMT)
(You missed Miuki's kick I think, Mina, but that's okay)

Rayner snapped out of his trance as Miuki got hurt for the second time because of him. He heard the woosh and clink of something metal hitting the ground. At once, he grabbed Mii and threw themselves out of the way of the impending explosion from the bomb. It wasn't a soft landing, but it ot the job done.

"Are you okay?" Rayner asked Miuki as he got to one knee, seeing the Renamon in obvious pain, " I didn't hurt you did I?"

"No, no more then I already was." Miuki smiled reassuringly.

Rayner looked in the direction that Ryu was fighting, saw the scars on the dragon's body, and was filled with some sort of white-hot emotion. Why would they be fired upon without cause? It may have been a training match, and a wrongfully set one at tha, but it still seemed so messed up!

The flare of Rayner's Digisoul made a bright aura around him, a stark contrast to the dull grey around him. It was more intense then when he needed it to evolve Ryu t the Adult stage, much more prominent and powerful. He heard the other tamer ask if there was something he could do, to which Rayner responded, with a completely serious face, "Stay back, and keep away from Ryu."

First came a card that would remove any damage done to Ryu, Miuki, and Tyerel recently, which gave the Renamon in front of Rayner the strength to stand upright again almost instantly. Then, Rayner slashed two more cards and said, "Take him down, Miuki." before turning his attantion to Ryu.

Nodding, the Renamon turned and dashed towards a nearby crumbling building, leapt off of it, and crouched in midair as the blitz power rushed through her and a strange, but insanely powerful burst of energy coursed through her veins. light exploded around her as dozens... no hundreds of crystal shards burst into existence, forming a tightly packed dome around her. Because of the Blitz, it wasn't difficult to summon up twice as many shards from her Diamond Storm then usual. Next though, she didn't send them in any direction, but she disappeared all the same. She appeared where the Sealsdramon once was, and in her stead the Adult level should find himself momentarily trapped in a dome of crystal spikes.

Miuki didn't give him much time ot recover, coming out of the teleportation and closing her fist, calling to the Diamond Storm to close inward and impale the Sealsdramon. As she did so. she thrust both arms outward, then back to the side as energy built up in the palms of her hands. She let loose with a massive beam attack aimed at the shrinking dome of crystal, hoping her combo would rid this barren waste of a hologram arena of one less thing to process.

Ryu felt the healing, felt his wounds disappearing somewhat, and then felt an upsurge of energy as Rayner got closer. The light of his Digisoul was intense, and it was makign the Growmon X feel powerful. Rayner let the energy flow down his arm, into his Digivice, and watched Ryu grow even larger.

When the light of digivolution died down, a mechanical monstrosity had taken the Growmon X's place. It was a MetalGreymon X this time, Chrome Digizoid ready to tear and rip. The new cybernetic enhancements let Ryu, after taking a moment to get used to his new body and taking shots from the gatling guns again as a result, lock onto the Tankdramon and fire up the thrusters on his back. There was a logical side, the machine side, but there was also a feral side, the stil lorganiz parts of him that told him to abandon all logic and annihilate the enemy. at the moment, Ryu didn't care which one he listened to.

"Trident Arm, Version 9.9!" Roared a deeper, more ferocious dragon, and as he released te power restraints on his body, he straightened out his claw-like left arm and fired it like a missile at the Ultimate level tank.

Rohirim - May 7, 2010 10:54 PM (GMT)
Tyerel sprung out of the water again at an ark with fishes in tow aimed at the struggleing Commandramon. He notched his second arrow in his bow and fires at the commandrmon hopeing this sequence of attacks would defeat this foe. He also felt himself be healed, which made him able to ride the wave of sih while it headed down.

Sean nodded at the other tamer and focused on the Sealsdramon, He swiped a card which sent a gleaming beam of light at The Sealsdramon which seemed to come from a small diamond. "by the way, Names Sean whats yours?" Sean called back moving to where he could see the Sealsdramon

Hideyoshi Mina - May 15, 2010 10:19 PM (GMT)
The Sealsdramon managed to move after a short while. That tamer was going to pay for immobilizing him, but could the Sealsdramon feel so much hatred and rage? It was a question that had no chance to be answered because as soon as the cyborg had formulated a plan to attack Sean, the silver fox Digimon appeared in a stunning display of crystal shards. The dome enclosed around the viral monster at the command of her closing fist and in what seemed like a nano-second, pain--or rather a false feeling of pain--consumed his entire body. He felt everything at once and thus, from the shock of it all, his body went completely numb. His limbs and head fell limp, data trickling down his mechanical body like blood. Gradually, the creature was growing more and more transparent. It seemed he had been defeated.

Suddenly, in hopes that he had given his enemy a false sense of security, the Sealsdramon jerked his head up and concentrated that devilish, red scanner upon the Renamon. His other eye widened. No! The creature was powering up a lazer beam. He couldn't move! He had to do something lest he be not just destroyed, but obliterated! The laser beam was fired in combination with the other tamer's diamond light and in his last moments, the Sealsdramon let out an outraged and panicking roar. Hues of deep red from the laser beam and the brilliant white light of the small diamond slammed against the hologram's body to deal unsurmountable damage, bringing his holographic existence to a vulgar and abrupt end.

Commandramon [A] had at last managed to prepare his gun for a counter attack when the second arrow shot into his arm. What were the chance of that?! One of the few places he didn't have armor protecting his body and the Gomamon had shot it. As an effect, the muscles of his upper arm gave out and part of his gun was dropped. That was okay (somewhat) because he had done enough training to be able to get himself out of situations like this. Huffing and puffing, the Child Digimon brought one of his feet up and settled the tip of the barrel between two of his toes to steady it. He squinted one eye, though his vision was becoming blurry, and took careful aim at the Gomamon. Inhale, exhale slowly. The Commandramon pulled the trigger and fired several rounds towards the ocean beast. With his dying breath, his body collapsed lifelessly and dissolved from the training field.

Somewhere in the distance, Commandramon (B) cried dramatically. He could feel (or could he?) the death of his partner in crime. What rage a hologram could feel conquered him, but not his sense of duty. His brain gratefully still worked and he would use it to fight to the bitter end. For justice, for his companion, for lunch! The little creature spit crudely to the ground beside him and targeted Gomamon with his M16 assault rifle. Ten or more shots, like his friend had done, were fired in rapid succession at Gomamon from a completely different angle than Commandramon [A] had done. Quickly, so as to not be seen and trailed, Commandramon (B) ducked down underneath the window to hide.

Tankdramon, meanwhile, had enough on his hands. That irritating Ryuudamon had digivolved from a tiny dragon into a MetalGreymon X which could be troublesome for the Tankdramon. He watched as the opposing Ultimate unleashed his mechanical arm and took a massive, destructive swipe. With a snarl, the Tankdramon took up the challenge that the enemy had proposed and prepared his Striver Cannon, every lock-on aimed directly at the MetalGreymon X. Just as soon as the MetalGreymon X got close enough with his attack, the cannon was launched darn-near point blank at the Digimon. If it didn't hit MetalGreymon X, it would at the very least annihilate everything else within a 30 kilometer radius and leave nothing but scorched earth.

[Admins are being questioned about this attack. If it's decided that this attack is illegal, I'll edit it. I just wanted to make this a bit more interesting for everyone.]

It wasn't an unseen gesture, those long cannons moving to meet him as he came down to kill the Tankdramon. An instinct like he had never had before kicked in, something that told him that he should at least make this part worthwhile. The chest armor opened, revealing two large-calibur explosive device. They were probably had the same or higher yield, being an X Digimon, and Ryu only hoped that Rayner and the other tamer and partner were at a safe enough distance, "Giga Destroyer!"

Rayner and Miuki both heard this and turned, Miuki a little slower because she was pretty drained. The two missiles shot from Ryu, met the Striver Cannon at close range, and detonated. Both had nuclear capabilities, so the MetalGreymon X closed his eyes and awaited for both him and the Tankdramon to vanish. As his other companions watched on, Ryu disappeared in a super-bright flash that cut out all sound, just after Rayner yelled, "Take Cover!"

It took a second for the shockwave to reach them, but when it did Rayner and Miuki were blown off their feet. Buildings and pavement wrenched free and blew around in utter destruction. Then, as the chockwave set in fully, the sound came, a sudden rush of sound that was accompanied by severe pain to any ear still open nearby. The actual blast was massive, still increasing in size both upwards and outwards. It engulfed entire buildings and melted them just by a touch, and it was chasing the humans and Digimon.

Rayner was close to the Renamon that was his second partner, and he could tell she was in too much pain because of her large ears. His own mind was jumbled, his vision distorted by bright light and vibrations that were carrying along the ground. He could feel distant head, turned to grab Miuki clumsily, and started to try and get to his feet and stumble away from the nuclear blast. He didn't have time to register that part of the screaming, roaring noise of the blast was his friend, stuck i nthe near center of the blast.

The sky turned black around them, but it did nothing to quell the heat and light from the blast. They were way too close, maybe out of the main destruction, but too close to it nontheless. Whether Ryu managed to kill the Tankdramon was a mystery, but the city was becoming ash and earth.

(Tell me if anyone doesn't liek this post, but I think i'm not breaking any rules ^^;)

Tyerel let out a cry of pain as He was shot twice in the arm from two directions. He slammed into the now lifeless Commandramon and slowly got up clenching his arm. He looked around in time to see a whilte light that was heading strait for him. He looked around and ducked behind a large pile of rubble in an atempt to protect himself.

Sean meanwhile was watching the Sealsdramon disapear and was content that a primary enemy was down. When he turned and saw the Nuclear explosion however he panicked for a single moment. Then his mind picked up the pace as he began to look ferevoushly through his cards. "Come on" he said shuffleing hurriedly, "were is it? were- There!" Sean said as he found the card Block Attack. He swiped it and looked around for the other tamer who was running away from the blast. maybey I can pro tect him with this card.. Thought Sean as he began to sprint after the other boy. he angled himself so he could be directly behind him and yelled "RUN MAN RUN!"

((*whistles as he strides in* A shame this stalled so close to the end. Here I go again. ))

Tankdramon's last-ditch attack to prevent these strange new foes from overrunning his beleaguered squad would've been plenty to cause cataclysmic devastation in its own right. Against it, the Giga Destroyer had been fired, and the two attacks were not of a nature that could neatly cancel each other out.

The result was cataclysm times calamity plus devastation squared, and only one of the tamers seemed to have been prepared for such power to be unleashed. Ironically, it was the one who hadn't tried a literal application of fighting fire with fire who was now protected from the devastation, as the blast leveled whole blocks of the already war-torn, the heat reducing them to ash even as the shockwaves pummeled them to jelly. A mushroom cloud of dirt, debris and smoke, kilometers high, geysered up into the air, a tombstone over the battlefield.

The ground itself buckled and groaned in agony as the terrible force of the nuclear trio ripped outward. The heat blackened what color remained in the battered northern landscape, while the blast hammered out a crater that stretched for kilometers in all directions. Even from holographic orbit the effects of the kamikaze gambit was visible, the fire and pressure wave visible as they radiated outward and forever changed the landscape.

At last, silence rained as the destruction faded into the distance surrounding the blasted battle zone, deafening in its contrast, its sudden stillness. The silent killer of radiation would lurk on the battlefield, but suddenly the hologram seemed to waver, as if the power unleashed inside the simulated field had been too much for it. "Alert! Alert!" a disembodied, gravelly, artificial voice intoned. The hologram flickered again, skittering like a weak television signal. "Safety limits exceeded. Terminating simulation in order to prevent irreparable damage to training facility and attending combatants."

The holographic battlefield skittered once again, and this time it didn't stop, the colors growing fuzzy and distorted, the lines and contours melting and losing their shape. After a moment the illusion sputtered out altogether, returning the group to the mundanely blank, cubical room the training suite was when not actively emulating another battlefield.

"T-t-t-thank yoouuu," the computer stuttered, its voice fluxing in pitch. "A-annnnd ha-ha-ha-have a niiiiice duuuuuuyyy..." After growing to a frequency that could probably crack glass with its high squeakiness, at the last word the pitch suddenly fell in the opposite direction until the computer trailed off with a half-complete mumble as it seemed to lose power.

((Quite the finishing move there, Zan, though it would've glassed you too.

-[Sean and Tyerel receive .15 DEP and 400 bits
-[Rayner, Ryu, and Miuki receive .1 DEP (for each partner) and 350 bits - I believe you neglected the usual registration form and fee at the beginning of this thread.))

Rayner felt the heat rush over him, burning at him briefly before the safety systems kicked in. He was on top of Miuki now, trying to shield her from the blast. He couldn't have guessed that it would come to this, that he would die in nuclear fire, but he did relish the fact that he had done all he could with his life. Even as the blast suddenly disappeared and the training computer's voice kicked on, Rayner was still disoriented and couldn't move.

Miuki didn't mind though, curled up and cringing under the sounds and heat. As soon as it had ended though, she looked around and saw an orange edd, covered in samurai's helmet and shoulder armor. She didn't have to guess at who it was. She pushed Rayner up and off of her as she walked over to where Ryu's Digitama sat, clean and unharmed.

Rayner felt the Renamon get up and broek out of his stupor, shivering as the sudden temperature change convulsed his body slightly. He looked over at Sean and his partner, wondering if they had been safe, then did a double-take as he saw the egg Miuki was holding, "R-Ryu?!?"

He got up and stmbled forward to take the egg, holding it close, "...the training system must have kept the data inside. There are no deaths here. Still..."

Rohirim - July 28, 2010 06:54 PM (GMT)
Although he was protected from the firey death that rushed over him, the schockwave was like a sledge hammer to the stomach for Sean. He actually was blown off his feet and landed more or less at the feet of Rayner, curled up in pain from the schockwave that had hit him hard. He stayed there for a moment, shaking and sweating unfolding from the curled ball and sprawling out.

Tyerel had also felt the shockwave, it had actually been worse for him since the explosion had coverd him in debris, amplifying the shockwave. The resulting damage cause him to revert all the way back to Bukamon. When the system had crashed he had slowly raised his head, making sure there was no more danger. When he saw Sean sprea eagled on the ground he sprang up and glided to his side. "Sean! Are you ok?"

He didn't answer at first, still shivering in his own sweat and looking up at the ceiling. "Im just t-t-terified is all" he stammered, raisiing himself on his elbows and looking at the Bukamon. Shortly after, he lost strength in his elbows and fell backwards, sprawling back on the floor again. He looked upwards again, this time making eye contact with Rayner. "I-I'm so sorry, I didnt mean for this to happen, can you accept my carless choice of feild?"

(I figure, what maybey 1-2 more rounds of posting? then were done?)

Zander Steele - August 2, 2010 09:40 PM (GMT)
Rayner hardly noticed Sean for the time being, focused on the egg. It was his first Digimon Partner, and he had let him commit such a terrible sacrifice in the name of winning. Yet, here it lay, the egg all safe and sound. Was any harm really done? Technically no, but Rayner wasn't going to let it happen again. Slowly, as if the blast had knocked some information into him, he pressed a button on his Digivice and sent the egg inside, safe for now.

"Huh? Oh, yeah... it's okay. It wasn't the field that was dangerous, anyways." Rayner said, his normal happy tone deadened considerably. Miuki had to feel really guilty, even though it wasn't her fault either. She didn't say a thing though, merely continued watching.

Rohirim - August 4, 2010 10:53 PM (GMT)
Most of the inital shock had worn off of Sean by now, enableing him to come to a sitting position. He slowly rose to his feet, trying his best to make sure he wouldn't fall down again as soon as he was standing. After he deemed himself stable he turned to Rayner, still feeling rather bad about the whole thing. "Look, i'm really sorry about this" he said, barely making eye contact with the other boy. "If I hadn't picked this field maybey this wouldn't have happend, is there anything I can do to help?" he said, feeling bad that the other boys partner had gotten turned into an egg.

Tyerel looked at Sean sadly, he had never seen him like this and it worried him. This whole feild was truly his fault, Sean had only typed this in because he was worreid about him. Yet his tamer was so sure that this was all his fault. Tyerel shook his head and floated up to Sean's jacket and sslid himself into the enlargend pocket of Seans jacket. He turned his head to the silver renamon that stood behind the boy named Rayner. "worst training match ever, yeah?" he said, atempting a smile but giving off a depressed frown.

Corrupted - August 7, 2010 01:20 AM (GMT)
Both the fox and the human shared a glance, then Rayner smiled, " It's not your fault. In truth, Ryu chose to sacrifice himself to win, and while I should be proud, I'll have to tell him that it was too bold a move for a training match. There's no harm done, man. Thanks for the amazing match."

Miuki slowly nodded, bending down to talk to Tyerel directly, "You got some good skills. Hope we can meet again, cutie." she winked, acting calmer and more somber, but happy overall.

"Well... best we get headed home to ake care of the egg. We'll be seeing you." Rayner said, givign a sideways salute of sorts before beginning to walk ouf of the area.

(end for me)

Celticwrath - August 8, 2010 04:34 AM (GMT)
Sean gave a sigh of relief; he was glad that he didn’t make an enemy or at least a tamer who hated him here. "Aye, it was a rather daring display, good match" he said, returning Rayners smile and giving a little salute of his own.

Tyerel gave a roguish smile when Miuki had called him 'cutie', it was nice that all ended well after all. "You bet I look forward to seeing you again....You both I mean" he added, smiling and waving a fin at them as they went.

With that, the duo left for a well-deserved rest at the apartment. While he wasn’t sure he had made a friend here, he was quite sure he didn’t make an enemy. That's all that mattered to Sean right now as he went on in the digital world.

(im done too, ill post it up in the gradeing topic)
