Armor Digimon are included in your line if you want them, between Child and Adult. Depending on your chosen Digimon and Digimental, you either are limited to the canon evolutions (like Flamedramon with Veemon and the Digimental of Courage) or can choose your own armor evolutions if you have a custom Digimental.

You can get your Digimental at 6.0 DEP or 1.5 DEP, it doesn't matter when you get it. I believe someone (Dad?) has once said that armor evolution is just there to give your team that little boost it needs to explore everywhere (wings, underwater especially).

There's also the whole concept of energy consumption, use a digimetal to get your buddies up to armor lever, their almost as strong as champion, but you use less energy.

Yourself? It's your choice, your design and all that jazz. You could post asking for help with a physical design, but the name, color, shape and all are pretty much yours to create.

Custom Digimentals get a pool of six Digimon that you get to choose. That pool is what your digimon partners get to Digivolve into at Armor stage, but they must be actual Armor level Digimon. Once you have the design and pool chosen, just give it to a mod or admin so it can be added to the list.
