Piemur and Tsunomon stepped off the Trailmon and into a wonderous landscape. The trees danced in the wind and the floral aroma brings happiness to those lucky enough to catch the breeze. A smile slowly spread across the face of Piemur as he walked off the platform and down into the grassy meadow.

"Heyya... This sure is something... Beautiful field, Sweet smell, A chorus of singing birds and warm fuzzy sunrays." Tsunomon said as a small drip of drool splashed on the ground before him. "So.... Serene." He finished, Looking to Piemur for his response.

"Let's get a hold of our selves. We are here to have an adventure, Explore the land and maybe even see about making you stronger!" Piemur said, Shaking the cobwebs from his head. Together they walked further into the plains. Passing biyomon flew by chirping their lovely songs and bringing a peacefulness to the area.

The pair investigated the area, Talking with many digimon, a few tamers and discovered this area is quite popular to tamers and they have alot of adventures here. Piemur was instantly excited about this. Now that he had fallen into the digital world, There was a sleuth of new information he had to learn about.

Piemur asked himself, "I wonder what form of government this world has... Who is in charge, Who makes the rules and who, more importantly, Enforces them?" Tsunomon stared at Piemur, Not understanding what he was doing. Just as many people in his own world would look at him. He was a very misunderstood individual. Knowledge was something that could reach past social status, Raise the power within ones self to do great things, Unlock hidden potentials. And frankly, Piemur felt he was in this world for a reason.


"Well, Let's get going Tsunomon, There are more people to meet, More things to do... I am sure we can find us a battle around here somewhere. And maybe we can meet someone whom we can work with. I think an alliance in this world could prove useful for anyone in it. And we need someone who knows their way around this place..." Said Piemur in a confidant stride.

Slow and steady, that's what Ryu was forced to do at the moment. On his back was the sleeping (and snoring, much to Ryu's annoance) form. Having to carry his tamer was something he didn't mind doing at first, but now that he had to move at a snail's pace for over a half an hour he was tired, "Rayner, wake up. It's been forever!"

Rayner Steele had been asleep for a while, ever since he had told Ryu that they were leaving early the next morning then went out like a light. Ryu had taken it upon himslf to pick him up and dag him all the way out here, where thy were just supposed to practice with Ryu's Adult form.

Piemur noticed a tamer being carried by a huge Digimon. It was an impressive site, As Piemur had never seen a digimon that was any bigger than his own Tsunomon, Or a bit bigger. Piemur walked towards the pair in awe, Half expecting someone friendly, half expecting to get blown away by the larger digimon.

As Piemur approached, His stride grew slower and Tsunomon was on his heels hiding behind his legs. "Uh... I am very sorry to wake you. Might you be able to inform me on how to make my digimon stronger? Will he get big like that? This is all new to me, So if you can help me out at all, I would really appreciate it." Piemur called, hoping that the figure on the back of the large digimon would be friendly.

"..." rayner didn't respond, probably because he didn't her. His snoring clearly stated that he wasn't done sleeping. Ryu, however, noticed the human talking and tuned, sniffing at him before saying, "Hi!" in his cheerful chldish voice, "Who're you?"

When he recognized that there was a Digion with him, and that he was originally speaking to rayner, Ryu tilted and let his tamer hit the ground, startling him awake, "Rayner! there's someone here to see you. Do you know him?'

"Ow..." was the silver-haird tamer's first response, looking up at Ryu as the light blinded him or a second, "Ryu, how many times ave I asked you not to let anyone in the apartment without.." he began, but suddenly realized they were outside, and that there were strangers nearby, "Uh, Hi there."

Piemur greeted the new digimon questioningly, "h..hello. I'm Piemur and this is Tsunomon." Piemur wondered to himself, "What this digimon was called?" He pondered his strengths and weaknesses,"What type of attacks does it know? How did he get to digivolve to that mighty a beast?" All this flashed before Piemur's eyes in a second. His brain was good at sorting things out quickly.

Piemur watched as the other tamer, who was quite impressive looking, Was dropped to the floor by his Digimon. He hastily straightened his posture, Holding himself in more confidence. With a serious tone, Piemur introduced himself, "Hello, I am Piemur Sinclaire. I hail from Oregon, thats in the united states. Do you happen to know quite where we are located on earth? It appears to be northern hemisphere because of the climate, But I am not sure." Piemur tends to ramble on a bit at times.

Tsunomon looked on as his partner forgot to introduce him, Which was rude for being your forever companion. Tsunomon spoke up, "Ahem.... I am Tsunomon, I was recently hatched and met Piemur. He is a awesome tamer and a good friend. What type of Digimon are you?" Tsunomon asked inquisitively towards the "All-to-comfortable-in-this-world." tamers Digimon.

Seeing the other human introduce himself so formally, Rayner flashed him a smile, "Rayner Steele, from New York, or just a bit out of the city limits.." he contemplated the boy's next question and broadened his smile, "I don't know how to exactly put this... but you're not on Earth any more."

"Hello, i'm Ryu. I'm a Ryuudamon." Ryu replied to the Tsunomon, "My tamer is awesome too, and really fun!" he complimented Rayner, who had held his Digivice out to Tsunomon and scanned him. Data in the form of a holographic image appeared above the screen,

"Tsunomon, Baby II level. Very cool." Rayner said after reviewing the information.

"What?!?!" Piemur said in a surprised tone. "What do you mean not on earth? Where would we be other than earth? You must have hit your head when you fell." Piemur said matter of factly.

Tsunomon nudged Piemur, Coughing as he gestured towards the digivice. "Maybe you should scan him with your D-Ban?" Tsunomon said suggestively.
"Oh.. uh, Oh yeah. I knew that..." Piemur said, scanning the new digimon with his D-Ban." Huh, Ryudamon, A beast and Vaccine type... Looks like a samurai.... But what does Vaccine mean? He is used to cure things?" Piemur asked Rayner with a curious expression.

"Maybe I did," Rayner nodded, "But i've been here long enough to know that this isn't Earth. You're in a place called the Digital World."

Hearing Piemur's questions and seeing him scan Ryu, Rayner spoke up again, "Vaccing is just one type, along with Data like your Tsunomon there and Virus, which are usually bad Digimon. No, Ryu can heal things, but he had a pure heart, which makes him what he is."

"Thanks Rayn." Ryu said, looking more cheerful if that was posible, "So what are you two doing way out here? We're going of to find some adventure to get ourselves overwhelmed in."

Piemur questioned this tamers logic. "How could this not be earth... though, I have never heard of Digimon before.... I dunno what I got myself into, But I must be here for a reason. What is the deal with this world? Is there a government? Police? Is there something evil or is this just another dimension?" Piemur asked with curious enthusiasm. Another world, What might he find here? Piemur saw this as another chance to expand his knowledge and to learn more about why he was here.

"Thats Right!" Tsunomon said, Explaining that he was a Data Digi, And that virus are bad and vaccine are good. Data fell somewhere inbetween. "I am pretty new here also, I just hatched before you got here and from what I can see and hear, some digimon are corrupted. You are here for a reason just like I am here." Tsunomon said, Impersonating Piemur's Know it all tone.


Piemur's heart raced as he heard Rayner talk about an adventure. A new experience awaited Tsunomon and Piemur. He was anxious to see more of this world, and maybe, just maybe, In this world, He could make a name for himself. With a large inhale, Piemur responded, "An adventure huh? I think you could use someone intelligent and resourceful like me in battle. I stopped in town and I got some Digi-modify cards... I am not too sure how to use them yet, but they are supposed to enhance my digimon's power... Tsunomon should be able to grow big like Ryuudamon right?" At this, Piemur had visions in his head of him being a savior, Someone important and it ran like venom through his body.


"Well, Tsunomon and I are ready to get out there and see what this world has to offer... May we join you? We have no friends yet, and we don't quite know what to do. Maybe you can show me the ropes?" Piemur said, Tension building inside himself as he awaited a response.

So many questions made Rayner scratch his head, trying to sort them all out, "Umm, I dunno about government, and i'm not quite sure what's up with this world. ijust kinda accepted that it ws different."

"Some tamers here are kinda mean too." Ryu nodded to what Tsunomon was saying, remembering his past batles, "Mostly Digimon though. Me and Rayner try to kep following the rules of a fair battle and have fun doing it!" exclaimed the small dragon Digimon. He gave a toothy grin to the smaller Digimon when Piemur asked to join them, "That would be really fun!"

"Sure, you can come with. I don't know about "showing you the rpes" cause I don't know much, but i'll help where I cn." Rayner smiled back and pointed over towards the mountians in the distance, "We were headed towards those mountains. We don't quite know what's there, but we've been to the beach and to the desert, so we wanted a cooler climate."

Piemur beamed with excitement over their new journey. It did pay off to take charge and initiate some contact, Something he was always too afraid to do in his home world. "So this is the digital world, And all we can reasonably assume, is that this place is different. I will have to sort things out as they come I suppose. Those mountains look like a great place to start our training, and to prove ourselves worthy. I am glad to have met you, Rayner, and you, Ryu." Piemur said with a smile.

Tsunomon bounced with great excitement for their adventure into the treacherous domain. "I won't let you down Piemur!" Yelped Tsunomon as they began their trek into the wilderness.




"So, How long have you been here Rayner? Have you had any exciting stories unfold for you?" Piemur asked with a smile. "I just got here, It is my second day. From what I have discovered so far, this seems like paradise. It is everything I ever wanted for my own world, Plus a loyal friend in Tsunomon. I... I had trouble making friends in my state... Everyone thought I was odd because of how I viewed the world around me. But here I feel like I am accepted. Everyone has been so kind. It seems that those who refused to accept me in my world would be the ones out of place in our new one." Piemur said as they walked on towards the mountainous foothills.


"It's ok Piemur, We in the digital world come in so many shapes and sizes, And our capabilities aren't tied to our shape of strength. We change! We adapt to survive. That's life, That's what we do here, live!" Tsunomon said in a reassuring voice. Tsunomon was newly hatched, but his data had been around for awhile.

"So Ryu, have you digivolved past that form yet? What did you digivolve from and what do you turn into?"Tsunomon asked with great excitement. "Yeah, Rayner, What kind of trouble might we be getting ourselves into?" Piemur asked, Half anxious to find out what was coming, half afraid.

Ah man, this was completely out of her predictions - she was just in the desert, before hastily being forced to get out of the way. Well, she wasn't complaining; the desert was practically cooking her alive for god's sake, and to be able to walk into the desert's hungry mouth and come out alive was good thing in all.

Strapping on her gloves and grinning up at the sky, the little bunny rabbit was ready to kick some butt as she started up off against the plains. She'd heard of a village somewhere around the plains, but it was hidden - oh yes, carefully hidden so the eggs in there wouldn't be damaged, yeah ... that was it. Ears flicking back from the blowing wind as the Rexmon blitzed past, her emerald eyes picked up several lifeforms swaying (probably an aftereffect of her speed) on the horizon.

She was different from the average bunny, though. Her soul, in all essence, was a mere parasite on an existing human soul, though her appearance may seem otherwise - down to the last toenail, she was purely a Rexmon, set apart from the others only by her eye colour and tail. That tail alone had brought her along many (mis)adventures in the desert ... but that was a story for another time.

Back to the current timeline - the bunny stood atop a small hump in the generally flat plain, watching the duo interact: one seemed more experienced than the other (which she gathered all too well), before she noticed the Tsunomon with one of them. She had a certain distaste for that particular species, but wasn't going to hold it against ... um, whoever that guy was. She didn't remember his na - oh, wait, she didn't even know his name in the first place.

Kicking off from the hilltop, the Rexmon made her unannounced, yet pronounced landing right behind Rayner. She wore a grin on her face as she flashed everyone present a thumbs-up, head tilted to an angle, mouth morphed into a grin. Relaxing and stretching out, she walked over to Rayner's side, eying Ryu as she sidled past him before halting by grounding one of her feet to the ground.

"Hey guys, sorry to crash whatever you had going there. Just call me Kukri," said the Digimon.

As the boy asked hiss questions, Rayner felt his Digisoul flicker inside him at the opportunity to help yet another new tamer. cortana had been young, but not so full of questions, t least not like Pirmur was.

"Me? I've been here for a few weeks, maybe a month tops. i'm pretty new myself, but I have seen my fair share of stuff. We found a Digimentl that lets Ryu evolve to an Armor form." Rayner thought about the next question for a good five seconds before answering, "New York City is a corrupt place, but there are sme friendly people there if you lok hard enough. I worked for my father at an electronics compny as assistant manager of some new prouct they were making." he miled as he remembered when he had got promoted.

When Tsunomon spoke up about the nature of Digimon, it was Ryu's turn to smile. "Some Digimon have their data messed up with evil though. It takes a good-hearted Digimon to defeat them and bring the back to the right side." As childish as the sentence sounded to Ryner, it carried a hidden wisdom he didn't expect from Ryu. Possibly a side-effect of learning to evolve, perhps.

"As for evolutions, Ryu here came from Fufumon and Kyokyomon." Rayner began to explain, "The Digimental we found lets him evolve into ptramon. He is fairly new at evolving past Child into Armor, plus hes afraid of heights." Rayner flashd a quick glance and grin at Ryu only to see that the dragon didn't really care if this duo new of his fear. He must trust them. Rayner thought before saying, "As for evolving higher..." but he was cut off by the Digimon who had landed behind him, making him whirl around and gaze upon a rabbit-looking creature, 'Who.."

The question was answered as she wlked toward them, making Ryu and Rayner back away, the later popping open his deck box and readying for battle. Ryu seemed unsure of the newcomer, but not exactly threatened. By the look on Ryu's fce, Rayner had to wonder if he could sense hostility to a higher degree then he could, or maybe it was just his imagintion. Turning his attention back to the Rexmon, he said, "What do you want? We're only passng through."

Piemur froze as he saw Rayner confronting the Digimon. Not sure what to do, He grabbed his Digimodify cards, He only had seven, but if he needed them, He would be ready. Looking on in cautious concentration, He calls to Tsunomon, "Hey, Now is our time... Digivolve if you can!"

With a blinding flash, An aurora of colors burst from Piemur's D-Ban and Tsunomon suddenly. In an booming echo, Tsunomon cried out, "Tsunomon, Digivolve tooo.... Psychemon!" A new figure stood in front of Piemur for the first time. His purple skin, Or scales rather were covered by what seemed to be a wolf pelt. A large horn protruded from his forehead. His claws glistened in the sun, and his fangs show dominant prowess.

Yeah, What do you want?" Psychemon said in a gruff, growling voice.

"Whoa, relax up," Kukri said. Her hands raised up to her shoulder, head shaking; it was evident now that she had meant no harm at all. The bunny shook her head once again, ears moving too as she took a step back. "don't go pulling cards and straining your partners this early in the game," said the Digimon, emerald eyes glinting under the sun - they were sharp and alert; oh yeah, and a Moon Night Jet would soon find its way towards its desired target if either side was going to pull a fast one on her. She knew of cards and their supreme effects (Thank you, dear host, thought Kukri with a small smile), and how potentially disastrous one combination could be if it hit her.

As the Tsunomon was suddenly swept up in a glow and slowly grow in bulk and power into a Psychemon, the Rexmon let out a small growl. Since when were Tamers this wary and easily scared ... wait, this was sometime so much in the future, yup; things changed with time, and so did the courageous souls of Tamers. With a small sigh, she sat down with a plop on a bit of raised ground. Seeing as she was sitting down right now, naturally, she was a little shorter than both parties, but definitely on guard enough to back-flip and dodge any attacks at the same time.

Perhaps, with so much strategies in mind and planning ahead for whatever that might come, she was the wary one instead of the other two. "What do I want?" said Kukri to Psychemon, a grin now dancing on her face. The bunny stood up, stretched before sighing and shaking her head. This was getting both weird and funny at the same time - not to mention, amusing to her. The Tamers of this time and state were so ... so amusing!

"Okay, fine, I don't intend to hurt any of you, but if you guys ..."

Her voice trailed off, and she shrugged.

Ryu responded first once the Rexmon didn't automatically attack them. He was more curious then anything, because he had never seen her species of Digimon before. Rayner still felt a little cautious, but it was from the sudden entrance the Rexmon made more then feeling threatened. He lowered his hand to his side and visibly relax as the Rexmon sat down, "You can never be too careful when you're in a world where all of it's children are stronger then you. I apologized if I seemed rude."

Rayner only slightly dropped his guard, still edgy, but he trusted Ryu's judgement as well. Beginning to speak again, in a much calmer more friendly tone, Rayner placed a hand on Ryu's head, "What do you want with a couple of random tamers in the grassy plains?"

Piemur noticed that the mood had shifted once again. He put his cards back into his pocket and let out an awkward giggle. He was never really that good with his social life, But he was determined to change things here. "Heh, I am sorry. It is only my second day here, and I have always been kind of nervous..." Piemur said in explanation.

"It's ok Piemur, There is good reason to be on guard in this world. Wild Digimon can attack at any moment. We are mostly safe here, But other places that is very much different." Psychemon said. It appeared that when he had changed his form, not only did he gain strength, but he also grew in wisdom.


Piemur smiled. He decided the best course of action would be to play it cool. Stay calm, As it is better to remain silent, and be thought a fool. Then to open your mouth and remove all doubt. "Hello Kukri. I am Piemur, and this is Psychemon. He is my partner. It's nice to meet you. Where is your tamer?" Piemur asked in a mellow tone.

Kukri felt like she wanted to stab Piemur. Oh yes, yes, she wanted to ... asking her if she had a Tamer ... that was sort of an insult in an own right. A freakin' princess like her, tamed?! Kukri gave a loud, indignant snort at Piemur's statement, before turning back to Ryu and Rayner. At least, they seemed to have enough sense screwed on their heads to know that not all Digimon have Tamers. "It's okay," she said in response, deciding somehow to take Piemur as if both he and his Digimon were invisible, "I guess I was bored, like you guys said. No mood to do anything, or something."

With a slight hint of a growl in her voice (but not to the point of being aggressive or threatening), the Rexmon's emerald eyes slid to their corners to look at the Tamer and his Psychemon. "Don't have a Tamer - and I don't need one," she said firmly. If the Tamer within her awoke ... Kukri didn't even want to go there. The bunny was enjoying the sun too much.

Very rarely did Rayner meet anther Digimon who was free of a human partner in this world. The only one he could have thought of at the moment was Gaelus. Shaking his head to bring his thoughts back to the matter at hand. The Rexmon seemed sincere enough, and he didn't feel any bad vibes from her. then again, she looked like a bunny, so how do you judge the vibes of that?

"Bored? I guess I can't blame you out here, at least uless you get into a fight. There rally isn't much out here to do..." Rayner started, then rememebred his manners as Piemur had introduced himself, "Oh, I don't know if you heard what we were saying, but i'm Rayner Steele, and this is Ryu."

"Hi." Ryu said quickly at first. Being introduced to so many new people was exciting for him, though just a bit confusing, "Would you like to join us if you're bored? We're going to the mountains!" His stomach gave a lurching growl after he finished talking, and he held it while looking at his tamer, "Rayner, can we eat now?"

"Bottomless pit." Rayner hook his head again, this time with an amused smirk. He didn't reply to Ryu's offer for the Rexmon to join them, for he didn't quite agree. However, it didn't matter to him at the moment. Taking the bag him and Ryu had brought with them, he opened it to review their rations, then looked back to Piemur and his Digimon, then finally to the Rexmon, "It might mean we run out a bit earlier, but would you like to join us in a snack, Piemur? Tsunomon? Kukri?"

"Uh.. Sure..." Piemur said, sort of uncomfortably. He didn't like to impose, but he also didn't want to be rude. He smiled and restated his reply. "Yes, I would love to join you Rayner and you Ryu. Let me add something to this pot!" Piemur said with a smile as he pulled a bag of dried fruit and nuts out of his bag. "It is trail mix! One of my favorites from my world. This is all I have, but I am happy to share." Piemur exclaimed, passing the bag around to his partners.

"Yummy! What is this stuff again? Trail mix...., What does that mean?" Psychemon said while munching down on the delicious snack. Piemur looked with a pitting smile. "It is called trail mix because it is a good snack to eat while you are hiking. I love to go hiking. After we eat we should head up the mountain." Piemur said while tucking in to more of the trail mix and the food that Rayner had offered.


"So, Have you gotten into any cool adventures Kukri?" Piemur asked through his mouth full of dried fruits.

"Nah, I'll pass," yawned Kukri.

The bunny stretched out; she ought to be taking her leave now, right? Kukri settled down just long enough for her to answer Piemur's question, but the general aura around her clearly stated that she wouldn't bear with further conversation and was going to leave after this. It wasn't because she was bored ... but rather, because she was somewhat occupied. Besides, the human within her was starting to awaken.

"Come to the desert and I'll show you, both," promised Kukri, with a firm nod of her head. And as soon as she came, she left, powerful legs kicking up dried grass in her wake as she sped off towards Primary Village.

Piemur watched as Kukri sped off. Bouncing down the line. He looked to Rayner and Ryu. "So, Lets get moving. We need to get up the mountain before night." Piemur said, gathering his things and making sure Psychemon was suited for expedition.

Piemur started on up the mountain. He pressed hard with each step, pushing up the hill.
He passed grassy woodlands, rock formations, Hawkmon flying above and many other things as he hiked. "Piemur, I could use a break... It has been nearly an hour." Psychemon said. He was covered in fur. Not exactly what you would want to be dressed in the direct sunlight. "I think we should sit for a five minute break. Then we can keep moving." Psychemon said, plopping to the ground, His back against a tree.

"Huhm," Piemur said, catching his breath. He had been motivated to find the top of the mountain. To see what this majestic geologic formation had to offer. He loved nature after all. "It is nice to be in nature... It is one thing that makes me feel like I am more at home... in this different world." Piemur exclaimed with a lazy grin. A look of nostalgia on his face. He was at peace in the woods.

But the woods were not at peace it seems. A twig broke in the distance, A faint growl was heard. Piemur readied his cards, Psychemon sniffed the air. He could smell something in the bushes. The pair braced themselves. "Rayner, Ryu, Something is in the bushes. Psychemon senses danger.

(You know, we have a mountain area in the forum, which should probably be used for adventure in them. Maybe if you ant a fight or something in this thread, it should remain in the grassy plains. Besides, the grsslands are pretty big, so it would probaly take much longer to reach the mountains. Lastly, I'm not sure i'm comfortable with your assuming that Rayner and Ryu follod you. I will still have to react to Kukri leaving and try to decide whether going to the desert or not would be a fruitful adventure.)
