History: For years Riko has fallen behind in school with no friends and no social life to speak of. His parents divorced just before he entered middle school, making it an even more painful exerience growing up, but he always had his dreams to escape to. His father always told him stories of companions that never left their partners' side and fought valiantly until the end, despite the dire situation. Luckily, his fathers' stories came true when Riko fell into the Digital World while working at his computer, making the acquaintance of a reliable digion, Tsunomon, whom would become his best friend in the struggles to come...

RP Sample: Riko sat at his computer, slaving over an English paper that was due tomorrow. He tried to keep up with his work, but he found it to be exceptionally difficult. He'd been trying to make the football team because his mother encouraged him to get involved in extracirricular activities. Tryouts were at the end of the week and he'd been training non-stop, but he just knew he would fail like he did last year. All his training left him exhausted and his focus was drained as he stared at the computer screen, filled with dread as he continued to work.

Contemplating his next choice of words with his head in his hand, he slowly drifted off to sleep. Once he was finally asleep, his dream began and he was staring at what could only be described as a massive mechanical creature. Riko wasn't sure what he was looking at, but he knew he had to get away. As he turned to face the other direction, he stopped to face another monstrosity. This one was more of just bones in the form of a mammoth with a gold skull and tusks. To his right appeared a gigantic mummy dressed in pharonic garments and jewelry. Hovering to his left was a golden-armored eagle-like creature that reminded him of a story his father told him, but there was no time to comtemplate that now.

The creatures surrounding him seemed to get closer and closer, reaching out to him as they crept. Just as they were about to grab him, Riko felt a presence that made him and the creature around his gaze up to the blackened sky. A clap of thunder roared and a hole opened up in the sky, exposing the original blue atmosphere for a second and closing just as quickly. From the opening emerged a figure in bluish-silver armor falling from the sky feet-first. The armor glistened without any sunlight as it landed softly on the ground before Riko.

Just as the warrior landed, Riko felt something pulling at his. His eyes shot open to realize that his computer screen went completely black with a singular purple swirling vortex in the middle. He was disoriented from his dream, but he couldn't believe what he saw next. As he looked down, he saw his chest extending towards the screen as if some invisible force was pulling it forward. Bits and pieces broke off his body and began entering the screen like a gelatin in a lava lamp. He wanted to scream, but he couldn't. In fact, he wasn't sure how he SHOULD feel as pieces of himself entered the vortex in the computer screen. His entire body was fall apart and being sucked into this vortex and there was nothing he could do. He let out a tiny yelp before the rest of his body finally disappeared into the screen and Riko was gone.

Hmmm, okay, everything seems to be in order. Congratulations on a fairly original line. You'll need to pick out a matrix (biomerge) form, which can be any ultimate (mega) level digimon Gabumon can become, but that can wait. For now, I'll say you're approved.
