Most of the Greek pantheon would be considered a canon. When it comes to a Greek god or goddess, ask an administrator which audition form you should use. It's just easier for you to do that than it is for us to go through and list all of them.
However, I will point out a special few.
Aside from being listed alphabetically, I will provide with a bit of other information in the following format:

Anything else you need to know should be requested from Savitar before you audition. In the case of the traditional Greek gods, much research can be done on your own.

Anatum (f); Summerian: goddess of Creation
Anemoi: gods of the winds - Boreas (North), Notus (South), Eurus (East), Zyphyros (West)
Anu (m); Summerian: god who created the gallu to combat the Summerian pantheon's enemies; married to Anatum
Apollymi (f); Atlanean: goddess of Life, Vengeance, Death, and Wisdom
Ariman (m); Phoenician: visited Atlantis while it was being destroyend is now stuck in human form
Aristaeus (m); Greek: demigod of hunting, husbandry, and beekeeping

Astrid (f); Greek: daughter of Themis; married to Zarek of Moesia
Atropos (f): Greek/Atlantean: eldest of the fates; cuts the threads of lives
Badb (f); Irish: goddess of war
Calliope (f); Greek: chief of the muses; muse of epic song
Camulus (m); Gaulish:god of war forced into retirement
Charon (m); Greek: the ferryman of Hades
Chthonian: god-killers/policemen of the gods/check-and-balance system for the universe; this is the category that Savitar falls under; they aren't available, just thought I'd share
Clotho (f); Greek/Atlantean: youngest Fate; spins the thread of lives and is in charge of destinies
Deimos aka Demon(m); Greek: one of the Dolophoni
Demios (m); Greek; god of dread
Erebus (m); Greek: god of Darkness
Furies (f); Greek: the three goddesses of Vengeance; see Alecto Megeara, Tisiphone
Hypnos (m); Greek: holds dominion over the gods of sleep
Mnimi (f); Greek/Atlantean: goddess of latent memory; it is said that she was born to make sure people remembered what they did so that they could learn from their mistakes
Morpheus (m); Greek: god of Dreams and is responsible for shaping dreams
Orasia (f); Atlantean: goddess of Sleep
Pantasos (m); Greek: creator of nonsentient dream objects and his children are most often Oneroi who police the Dream Hunters
Phobetor (m); Greek: god of animal shapes and father of the nightmare Dream Hunters
