Lina's Drawings!

I rarely draw, so when I do and I'm (mostly) proud of it, it's a big deal. XD So this is for the DP pics I will draw in the future unless they're good enough to get their own topic.

First off is a screencap of Parental Bonding that I drew. At the top is the title of the episode in cursive, to the right is the quote he was saying: "So she's pretty. It's not a crime." Above him are chibis of Danny and myself, me on the left and Danny on the right. I'm saying "Well, it's not as bad as it could have been", and Danny's saying, "What did you do to me?!"





This one is a rough picture of Ana's formal outfit, also drawn during Parental Bonding, except the second time through two hours later XD She has no feets. XD It's 'cause her dress is floor-length, but it's probably not long enough to actually be able to extend to the floor if it were well-drawn. She's wearing a hoop earring and a necklace with a crescent moon charm, as well as formal gloves 'cause I'm a geek like that. I also had a lot of trouble with her mouth, so my sister drew the lips for me XD;




Aaand, that's pretty much it for now. I drew a third picture, one of Ana being all scowly in her ghost form, but I forgot to take a picture of that one XD; Also, it's not exactly the best, so I don't want to submit it.

Please excuse all anatomical mistakes and inconsistencies. I know where they are. I'm a beginner, so go easy on me. Also excuse the blurriness 'cause we have no scanner and I had to take a picture, and it wouldn't focus right.

And some pics are SUPER blurry. Does your camera have a macro setting on it?

Yeah, I edited it a few minutes after posting it that my camera wouldn't focus, so sorry D: No matter what I did, that was the clearest I could get for the close-up of the chibis and formal bust.

Danny took me so long D: My sister says she can vouch for that XD; Also, I think I need to draw a liiiittle bit softer. The lines left a mark for like four pages underneath it XD;

If there's one thing I'm proud of, it's the fact that I finally (mostly) got his hair right. Before, I would draw and erase, draw and erase, and his hair would never look right. Seems I need to have a screenshot on hand for Danny's hair from now on XD

Aah, I see.

It reminds me back in the day, summer of 2005, when I first started drawing DP. My cousin and I would pause on episodes and try to draw what was on the screen. Man, was it hard! XD

And try sketching first, no pressing hard on the paper! XD

personally, I think the pics are really good. good try for a first times of drawing DP style. trust me, my first attempts at drawing DP style was really bad... ;

To Chris: They're not exactly first drawings, but I've only drawn like three times before this, and they're the Dash/Dawn thing on my DA account. But thank you And I like the dress too, it's my ideal dress (that I can draw) XD

To Mist: I know, I usually do sketch. But for some reason I pressed really hard this time. XD It looks good how it is anyway, so I'm fine with it XD

Tell me about it XD I have Doctor's Orders recorded at the moment for reference for the girls since Micro-Management is almost all Danny and Dash, and occasionally Jack, Sam, and Tucker, but that's one out of five, so it's a little difficult during MM.

New picture!



It's a screencap from Million Dollar Ghost. It's about three minutes in, and Vlad's portal has just exploded. He wonders how to get the key when he smirks and reverts to human, pulling this picture out of his jacket. Close-up on the picture! As shown above.

This one shows the chibis at the bottom since there wasn't much space anywhere else. Left=me, middle=Danny, right=Vlad. Chibi!me says, "Again, not extremely bad, but I had help..." Chibi!Danny says, "I look old... and pouty!" Chibi!Vlad says, "You stupid girl, you mutilated us!"



This one shows the title up at the top, plus the image is a LOT clearer. I hate how I chose the picture that half of it was a giant hand. D: I know, I didn't color in Maddie's accents, Vlad's suit, Jazz's shirt, and Jack's accents, but I thought coloring in Danny's hair was enough.

Also, as my sister so belatedly pointed out to me a moment ago, Jack's eyebrows are white. D: But I'm not taking another picture and uploading it, it's fine the way it is.

Credit where credit is due! I messed Maddie's face up big time, making her face a third the size it should have been (It was horrible! D:), so my sister drew it for me. She also drew the arm Vlad uses to shove Jack away.

I know, Jazz looks drunk and I forgot a whole bunch of details on Jack's hazmat suit, and a lot of the spacing is different from the original picture, and the fact that Jack looks horrible, but this is my first group picture ever. It was really hard for me, and I spent a good couple hours drawing it.

Aaand, once again, I press too hard with the pencil. I usually am too sketchy, if anything, but for DP style, or at least screencaps, I press too hard. As a result, you can clearly see most of my mistakes.

If there is one think I am VERY proud of on this picture, it's Vlad. Considering this is the first time I've ever even attempted drawing him, I am very happy with the way it turned out.

You're right, but the first chapters got some.....almost sexual content and a bit of gore...sooo...

...Dang it. D: Ask Jan if you can post it on here, and if not, then just post it on DA. Besides, depending on how much gore there is, it might be close to mine.
