Seriously what is Ron Carlivati doing? <_< He has so much potential in the beginning but now it's like WTF? The whole 40th anniversary thing was really lame IMO. 1968 should have stayed in 1968. I mean one of 2 episodes- okay, but a whole month?? WTF! And using that as the way Rex finds out the truth was just lazy writing! I don't really have anything good to say about the show right now. I miss the days where I used to actually enjoy watching OLTL. Thanks RC! :angry: Anyone else feel this way?

I couldnt believe 1968 lasted so long. I tuned in the day Bo and Rex got sent back, and then didnt get a chance to watch for a couple weeks and was shocked to learn they were still in 1968!

I dont get the whole sl going on with Antonio, Talia, Christian, Sarah etc. Probably because I missed most of it...

As far as 1968 is concerned, you didn't really miss anything- trust me lol. I still don't get what the point was- it just made a mockery of the history of the show if you ask me.

The Antonio/Talia/Cris/Sarah stuff- as far as what I knpw (And that ain't alot because I am very on again off again right now- lately waaay more off again lol) Anyway....Talia turned out to be Carlo Hessers daughter- and he forced her to marry that Jonas guy in Mendora. Carlo tried to kill Sarah and Cris (They went over the waterfall in Mendora- just as Tina did back in the 80's) But they survived. Now I'm not exactly sure where we are now, but I know Cris, Sarah and Antonio went back to Mendora to get Talia. Did they? Not so sure lol.

They got Talia back. I watched today and now its Christian that has been captured. Everyone else is back in Llanview

Someone's always gotta get taken. First Tina was taken in Mendora, then Sarah, Talia, now Cris. Mendora does not want to let go the people of Llanview lol :lol:

It was good up until the 40th and then dropped off. The entire cast must envy Brian Kerwin (Charlie) because at least he gets to do Tracy Letts' Pulitzer winning masterpiece 8 times a week to offset the current state of things.

That said, I do like canine David Vickers.

I dont like how they are turning Shane from a nice kid into one with an attitude...what is with the soaps and turning kids from being sweet to difficult. Shane...Kathy...

So the new ratings came in and OLTL got their first 1.7! :o Maybe now RC will make some changes! Serves them right. <_<

Yeah, I don't like how they are making Shane into a mean/rude kid, either, although usually the trend on soaps is the opposite, from difficult character to upstanding citizen (ex. Hailey, Liza, Ava, Radi, Colby, even Petey lol) so I guess it is a change lol
